Bon séjour très beau cadre, par contre pas d'accès au lac, l'hôtel se trouve à 2 km du village vitznau, une navette est proposée nous ne l'avons pas prise, je ne sais pas si elle est payante. Très belle piscine, l'hôtel est un peu a l'ancienne à l'intérieur. Les repas de l'hôtel sont très cher comme un peu partout en Suisse. Rigi en train et les départs en bateau sont bien situé par rapport à l'hôtel pour effectuer des visites environ 2 km. Seul très peu de personne parle un peu le français.

Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Aber dennoch wunderbar,hervorragende Lage am See und köstliches Essen. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Flora Alpina lays out the red carpet as soon as you enter this beautiful hotel. The reception desk staff is do welcoming, giving detailed descriptions of the facilities. Thd spa, sauna, pool and hot tub add to the luxurious feel of this beautiful spot. Hope to come back.

A beautiful peaceful retreat. Absolutely loved this place. Planned on one night, stayed for three. Don't ever want to leave. Spa facilities are amazing and rejuvenating. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Fin pool og spa. Dejlig have med solsenge. Super godt personale. Fin restaurant med slot udsigt over søen. Ingen aircon på værelset.

L'hôtel est magnifique. La chambre était somptueuse avec une vue magnifique sur le lac. Dîner excellent et qualité de service parfaite. Nous avions décidé de passer une nuit pour faire une étape dans notre voyage vers l'Italie. C'était un excellent choix. Nous avons passé une soirée merveilleuse !

Bel emplacement, vue magnifique. Chambre simple, mais confortable. Bon restaurant. Ce serait pratique a) de pouvoir faire un café/thé dans la chambre et b) que l'hôtel dispose de 2-3 places avec station de charge pour voiture électrique.

Ho soggiornato in una stanza tutta rifatta a nuovo. L'albergo è vecchio ma tenuto bene. Il personale molto gentile e la colazione era buonissima. Il wellness tutto nuovo.. piccolo e carino. Mi sono trovato proprio bene

Personnel bienveillant, poli et sympathique. Notre chien a été accepté partout (pelouse, bord de la piscine, restaurant). Vue magnifique. J’y reviendrai avec plaisir si je peux.

We had a lovely time in this hotel, the location is wonderful and the room had a beautiful view over the lake. Whilst the hotel itself is rather old we weren't troubled too much by noise, from other guests or the road below. The spa is great; lovely swimming pool, jacuzzi and a sauna outside which looks over the lake! We also had a massage which was superb. Only thing which really lets this hotel down is its restaurant. Breakfast is fine but dinner was really quite bad, especially considering the price! Even though we loved the hotel itself I'm not sure we'd go back because of the food. It's such a shame because the terrace and the lake view makes it the perfect place to have dinner and watch the sunset.
