Great hotel in a great location. Friendly, helpful staff; comfortable bed, excellent water pressure, delicious breakfast. Nearby all main attractions or easily reached by local transportation. Easy, free parking. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Wonderful staff, great location

They upgraded our room to the family biggest one. The view of the church was great. The weather inside the room was excellent. The breakfast very good and the reception was warm and kind. We were there only two days, but we want to come back. All was just great.

Very nice hotel close to train and restaurants. Comfy bed. Only cons were the bed was small and the pillows were flat. Decent breakfast buffet as well

Excellent accomodation, food and service

This is the only hotel in Switzerland that actually provides ny wife and me with a nice view. The hotel itself is not cheap, but then again, this is Switzerland, nothing is cheap. Property is near main train station, ferry to Lake Brienz, shopping and near to Harder Klum funicular. Couldn't ask for more.

Other than an underperforming air conditioner, the hotel was well located and comfortable.

We can’t say enough about how great this hotel is, we loved it! The staff were amazing, the room was very clean and comfortable. The food fabulous. We hope to visit again soon. Five stars all the way!
