I just stayed for a week as I was on an educational trip near by and it is in a great location, super clean, safe, friendly staff although I hardly saw anyone. Super close to all the big supermarkets and airport and petrol stations! The bed was super comfy, the only downside is people coming in or departing early to catch flights and you can hear some noise but after about midnight its dead quiet. I would stay here again for sure.

Good stopover hotel - no frills but comfortable and clean. The breakfast could do with being more varied.

After landing late at LGW all I wanted was a simple, clean, comfortable B&B. The Lawn met that is every aspect. Easy procedure for late check in. It is a £20 taxi ride away from the South Terminal.

Try friendly and helpful

The house is lovely and staff is friendly. Easy access from and to Gatwick, walking distance from Horley Thames Link station. Walking distance from restaurants and stores.

Very convenient for Gatwick Airport; number 100 bus ( stop 9) will take you almost to the Lawn door. All very comfortable and located in a good area for restaurants. The Costa Del Sol does a great paella offer, plus drink for under £40 total !

Excellent would use again

Good bed & bathroom & parking was included. Terrible: During my stay, a nearby guest talked all night (till 5am) on the phone or video conference, with no regards to time nor other guests. Sadly, I couldn't work out which room she was in, so couldn't ask her to keep quiet. Okay, not entirely the hotel's fault, except that this should be made very clear to the guests on arrival and bold letters on booking confirmation or terms. Also a phone no. provided for out of ours issues. General lack of noise insulation & creaky floors. Minor issue, no decaf coffee !

This place is spotless and very comfy. Right by the bus stop for Gatwick too. It's extraordinarily good value.

Ideal for airport travel. Lovely accommodation and the host was friendly. Would recommend and will definitely be booking again if we are flying from Gatwick.

Ideal location from Horley railway station and all shops and amenities. Clean, comfortable and perfect for a one-night stay before our flight from Gatwick the next day. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent location for Crawley, Horley and Gatwick airport. Immaculately clean and well maintained. The whole hotel has clearly recently been refurbished to very good and modern standard. The welcome was professional and friendly. Highly recommended

Good location. Quasim the hotel contact, was a very pleasant person. Room was satisfactory. Limited parking, but we found a space. Overall, a good stay.

Very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The service was great and check in was super easy. They were so accommodating as we had to check in late and leave early.

Had a very nice overnight stay. Rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The owners made us feel very welcome.
