Needed a safe, clean and quiet place to sleep for a few hours before our flight from Beirut. Staff in the lobby were attentive and accommodating, they got me a spot to park my rental infront of the hotel entrance.

Lobby is neat but floor hallway is not presentable. Nasty carpet with damaged walls. Room is small but clean. Bed is ok cheap mattress for a big hotel. Tiny tv in the room and the little fridge is hardly cooling. Bathroom and hot water is good. Overall not bad for a hotel in Lebanon.

Excelente hotel.

First of all the staff. Both the night and day front desk employees were extremely nice and helpful with a sincere smile at all times. At the breakfast the servers were courteous and ready to help. Speaking of breakfast, it exceeded our expectations. Clean and many of traditional and delicious lebanese food on the buffet. The coffee station has a variety of flavors and style, that would satisfy any taste. Our room was freshly remodeled, with modern style. Although a little small, it served well the purpose of our stay. All in all it was a very nice and pleasant stay.

No parking, construction inside the building at 8 o'clock in the morning

Personeel was erg behulpzaam, maar het was echt gevaarlijk na 21 beter niet naar buiten

Staff is amazing! They go out of your way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Very clean facilities. Only complaint is WiFi was poor and no amenities in the bathroom. I would definitely stay again though.
