Hotel maravilhoso, atendimento de primeira qualidade, funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos!! Café da manhã gostoso, estrutura muito boa. Único comentário seria nas instalações do quarto, meu quarto tinha muita umidade, parede e piso danificados por essa umidade, meu aquecedor do quarto estava pingando água, foram fechar o sistema para arrumar mas não arrumou, então fiquei sem aquecedor durante toda hospedagem, e o aquecedor do banheiro está em uma posição que não permite vc sentar no vaso de forma correta e confortável.

Hotel muito bem estruturado, com ambientes internos magníficos, otima localização otimo café da manhã e bom conforto.

Muito boa, só não foi excelente porque o colchão de uma das camas (foram ajuntadas) estava ruim e desconfortável para dormir.

Staff were friendly but they wanted to charge extra for anything and everything. The rooms need some renovation. That said it was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there and the area

Beautiful on the lake. Awesome swimming pool. Close enough to the center of town that we could walk, maybe three blocks. We felt safe at all times. Our room was cleaned and left spotless everyday. We loved our stay in Bariloche.

Excelente hotel al borde del lago, 10 min a pie del centro cívico, las habitaciones con vista al lago valen la pena, desayuno excelente, habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias.

Excelente alojamiento en Bariloche, de los mejores. Instalaciones impecables, vistas al lago Nahuel Huapi increibles. El SPA espectacular. El staff muy bueno, Ricardo en la parte gastronomica un Crack. La masajista fue de lo mejor. Cerca del centro y a su vez en una zona tranquila. Todo el hotel esta construido para aprovechar la vista al lago. Ademas la cena de Fin de Año fue IM PE CA BLE. Gracias por hacer de nuestra estadia algo maravilloso. Felicitaciones

The location was great and the lake is beautiful. We had a wonderful view thanks to the upgrade. The facility was pretty tired and definitely not a 4 star property. There was mold on one wall, a hole in another wall and the room smelled musty. Big shout out to the front desk team - they are great and provide excellent service.

We stayed here two different times. The first time in a superior room with lake view, the second in a more economy room. If you can, upgrade to the superior room. For a relatively small difference, ~$45 in our case, the superior room was, well-superior. An amazing view of the lake , very spacious, and a jet tub. The other room felt very cramped and of course no gorgeous view. Both times the service was very gracious and the breakfast was excellent. I also highly recommend a sunset drink at the bar. They make a nice pisco sour.

Excelente servicio, atención, ubicación, muy limpio y muy buena comida

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro de Bariloche. Las instalaciones están muy lindas, nuestra habitación tenía vista al lago y a las montañas nevadas, increíbles. El restaurante para la cena está delicioso!

For a first night ,we were placed in the lower level standard room instead of booked Superior room. In addition, standard room was under the roof w reclined ceiling and angled beams limiting navigation in the room. Bathroom entry was so narrow, you can only get in using side walking. WI-FI did not work. Desk Receptionist refused to change the room as hotel was full, and assured me that this is a Superior room. Next day reception's manager acknowledged mistake and changed the room w reimbursement for price diff in room's category.

Excelente ubicación. Vistas al lago increíbles. Quiero destacar la atención del personal en general. Todos, desde el personal de limpieza, meseros, recepción, etc., son muy amables. Todas la amenidades muy bien. Recomiendo mucho este hotel.
