Unfortunately I had to cut my stay short because of the dreaded virus . Room was great

Great staff, comfy and affordable

We are happy with the stay, We are very disappointed that luggage store is advertised, but every Friday when collecting, I am made to feel that I am inconveniencing the lady who is sitting at the reception, just by the comments that were made by her. I hope next Friday I will be met by a more friendly manner.

Petit Appartement pas rescent mais confortable et bien chauffé, menage et serviette change régulièrement, necessaire pour vaisselle et petit panier de sucre café et thé à notre disposition, parking et arrêt de bus, tres pratique devant l hôtel.Quartier de kilburn à cote avec superette banques restaurants et commerces. Comfortable room with kitchen but very run down Carpet is filthy and probably never cleaned. Only dirty chair to sit, so I used a towel over it. There is no desk, only a highly side board, so couldn’t write sitting on the chair. No breakfast available to buy even though a full restaurant is advertised in the hotels.com listing. Staff not party friendly. I understand the hotel is shutting down soon - about time!.

Fantastisk ophold med god beliggenhed , tæt på undergrund, og velegnet til familier

The hotel was good enough for a one night stay over. The glass shower door in our bathroom was not closing properly, resulting in some flooding in the bathroom. The kitchen was also down. Other than that, the room was clean and warm. The hotel is also accessible via the Underground.

This hotel could be a little gold mine! In the heart of Maida Vale and near some nice restaurants and the tube etc. You can be in the West End in 15 minutes It is a such a shame it is so run down and needs so much work.Our room was ok but not very clean and poorly equipped. There was a kitchen but nothing in there to make it functional, not enough cups or glasses, cutlery etc. The bed and towels were clean and beds comfy, but the whole place needs a refurb, the shower was mouldy and the walls and carpets marked. Most annoying was that the curtains didn't fit the windows! There is no public area to the hotel - no bar or restaurant or even a toilet available so don't plan to do anything but sleep there. The hotel is quite a noisy building - we could hear other toilets being flushed, the lift and people talking. Staff were pleasant and parking is secure, if not on the expensive side for this part of London. If you managed to pay about £40- 50 per night for a room it would be a fair price, I have stayed in better Premier Inns and Travelodges.

Sehr guter Service und Sauberkeit. Zimmer wurden jeden Tag frisch gemacht.

Hotellet er meget nedslidt. Det regnede ned fra ventilationen på badeværelset. Toiletsædet og toiletrulleholder sad løst. Bruseren virkede dårligt, da det var svært at regulere vand/varme I bruser. Der var lovet føntørrer - den var der ikke. Gulvet i værelset var løst og meget ujævnt. Hotellet er uden hygge. Ingen grønne planter eller andet udstyr, så man fik lyst at opholde sig på værelset eller i fællesarealer. Toiletfaciliteter i fællesarealer ved reception var der ikke. Man skulle udenfor og gå et stykke hen over gården . På websiden stod der at man kunne få morgenmad (som var årsagen til vores valg) det var der så heller ikke. Udenfor var der ikke noget, som man fik fornemmelse af venlighed og imødekommenhed.Dette hotel får ikke mit besøg igen

Die Unterkunft weißt Schimmelbefall in allen Zimmer und im Besondere im Bad auf. Alle Zimmer haben Feuchtigkeitsschäden und die Unterkunft war nicht gereinigt. Die Mitarbeiterin der Unterkunft hat uns angelogen und behauptet, dass Apartment sei gereinigt worden. Der Zustand des Apartments ist unglaublich, so etwas haben wir nur in Dokumentationen im Fernsehen bisher gesehen. Das EXPEDIA dieses anbietet ist uns unerklärlich, weißt aber auf eine entsprechend auf Profit ausgerichtete Firmenpolitik hin.

Un peu bruyant et matériel vieillissant Bien situé, personnel agréable

These apartment unit fit 5 people comfortably but some of the items were not working. For example, the refrigerator and microwave. It is a little out dated and the sheets were stained. The person that checked me in was a not as friendly. Overall the location is great. We walked to a few restaurants, bar, store and starbucks. It was doable for one night.

Very warm cordial staff. Clean rooms, clean sheets, quiet and serene environment.

The staff was very helpful specially the receptionist called “Youssif” Location of the hotel was okay, a little bit far from center but its good Phone was out of service so couldn’t call reception Not all sockets were functioning for charging the phone or turning on the hair dryer Price expensive for what they have BUT clean and nice hotel overall, I would recommend it when prices are a little bit lesser

We noticed a lot of grime in the bathroom and kitchen area, we had to clean this ourselves as we had 2 young children with us. Because of this we decided not to eat breakfast there that we pre paid for. They have me £20 off the £30 parking charge. But felt they could of gone a bit further. The staff were understanding, but there was no one of authority around to discuss this with.
