Soggiorno spesso, notte per viaggio più lungo, tutto bene come sempre non soddisfatto da parte di alcuni del personale alle colazioni non rispettoso alle giuste osservazioni.

The team at the hotel were all very helpful, especially to us as we don’t speak Italian! The restaurant that was recommended in the historic part of Ferrara was great and this was really helpful too.

Abbiamo pernottato in questa struttura con un neonato. Avevamo selezionato il servizio gratuito “baby” e in camera abbiamo trovato uno scaldabiberon e un lettino. Dopo ci hanno anche portato la vaschetta per il bagnetto e il fasciatoio! Servizio impeccabile!!! Staff gentilissimo. Avevamo già pernottato presso strutture best western e ci siamo sempre trovati benissimo; ovviamente riconfermiamo!

Really bad WiFi, really bad internet connection. Room is very comfortable and clean…great to have a kettle and mini bar. Gymn is bad , most of the equipment is damaged
