We loved everything about this place. Staff was incredible friendly and helpful with everything would recommend this hotel to everyone

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gibt eine gute Metro Anbindung.

Brilliant location, lovely rooms, staff very attentive and friendly. I emailed pre arrival asking for terrace and the terrace was accommodated to us which was lovely. The hotel is clean, cozy, has boutique style and feel and I would stay there again. No 1 of what this hotel makes people come back I believe is the attentiveness and good quality service the receptionist, cleaners overnight receptionists they are all very helpful and would do all that takes to make your stay comfortable. The manager was alos very friendly and polite? Thanks to all at Les Jrdines dela Villa my sister and I very much enjoyed our three days stay . viki

Rich decandent interiors.

Beim Einchecken war unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig. Die sehr freundliche Dame an der Rezeption war sehr bemüht das wir ins Zimmer konnten und das Management hat sich zur Entschuldigung, großzügig gezeigt. Zimmer sind typisch klein, aber sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Zu Fuss waren es 5 Minuten bis zur Metro.

Pourquoi le monde va si mal! Avidité, appât du gain, absence de valeurs, vous n’avez plus le droit de faire d’erreur, même si vous rectifiez deux heures après, que vous appelez , que vous expliquez que vous vous êtes trompé de date et que vous souhaitez juste modifier. On vous répond pas d’exception et vous devez refaire une réservation. Quelle Honte pour cet établissement !

Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir fühlten uns wirklich willkommen. Das Hotel ist eher klein, dennoch gemütlich und wirklich nett eingerichtet. Es hat einen tollen Charm. Einziger Minuspunkt ist der Zustand einiger Möbel und des Badezimmers, was (besonders gemessen an einem Preis von bis zu € 800 pro Nacht) den Eindruck des Hotels getrübt hat.

We checked in and I had to inform them that I was a gold VIP member with Expedia. was still not offered any of the perks. need a refresh in the rooms. now the good, great locations.

Les chambres en rez de chaussée sont à éviter, plus petites et soumises au bruit.

Staff was rude

I LOVED THE STAFF - THEY WERE WELCOMING, FRIENDLY AND VERY ATTENTIVE. The food was very good and the room and hotel were very very very very clean! The area was bustling with shops and restaurants of all kinds! It's located in a wonderful area. Will definitely visit again!

I had an amazing stay here! The staff was friendly and the rooms are beautiful. The sauna was a plus after walking all day. Definitely recommend and I will be coming back!

Hôtel bien placé et confortable Idéal pour un séjour d'affaires

Very charming hotel, small but well maintained, specially the front desk area and the lounge areas. Rooms are what you can expect for Paris, small but comfortable. The bathrooms were very spacious, including a bath tub, something I had never seen in a hotel room in Paris. Also the hotel is not loud, very quiet as well as the outside of the street. The best part is the treatment we received from the people at the front desk who were very nice and helpful, gave me valuable informaton and programed taxis us. Would highly recomend this hotel and would most likely stay here again.

Cool place

Le séjour était absolument parfait. Très agréable services et le chambre était dans un condition vraiment top.

Le personnel est aux petits soins avec les clients et il y a tout ce dont tu as besoin. La personne à l’accueil a bien pris le temps de nous expliquer la carte du métro et de Paris avec les attractions, très gentil.
