One of the best resorts in the world literally

We had a perfect time at Jaz. It is very family friendly and my kids loved the water slides that they didn’t even swim in the sea. Staff are all very attentive and helpful. The buffet food was beyond our expectations that we love it more than those specialty restaurants that you need to make reservations. We even skipped our last reservation went directly to the buffet since they change items every day and taste better. The only recommendation is that there is not even one restaurant open all day . All the restaurants close during certain hours during the day at the same that that you can only grab snack from the bars. For our family who usually only eat two meals a day that is very inconvenient and we have to wait a long time for the restaurant to open to get a real meal. Otherwise bring some mosquito repellent. It would be a beautiful stay for families.

It was great! Everything was very well organized, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was wonderful. I felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend this trip to others. Perfect for anyone who wants to travel and have a relaxing, enjoyable experience.

Mon séjour à L’hôtel Jaz Aquamarine était absolument magnifique. L’hôtel est très propre et bien organisé, et le service a dépassé mes attentes. Le personnel était sympathique et toujours prêt à aider. Les chambres sont confortables avec une belle vue, et l’ambiance est très agréable. L’hôtel est vraiment excellent, et les restaurants sont encore meilleurs—surtout le restaurant Burger Bay, qui était l’un de mes préférés. La nourriture en général était variée et délicieuse. Les piscines et les activités étaient très amusantes pour les adultes comme pour les enfants. J’ai vraiment apprécié chaque moment passé là-bas et je le recommande vivement. J’y retournerai sans hésiter.”

Nous sommes globalement très satisfait de notre séjour. Les seules critiques que nous pourrions émettre portent sur la diversité de la nourriture des buffets et le fait d'être aligné sur les horaires des Allemands (repas tôt, piscine fermées à 17h30, plus personne à 21h, horaires des restaurants un peu bizarres puisque certains buffets ferment à 21h). Sinon l'hôtel est vraiment superbe, les piscines variées comme les toboggans. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter

Kaikki oli erittäin siistiä. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja ruoka erittäin hyvää. ostamamme hieronnat ja pedikyyrit ok, kauneushoitolan "pomo" painostava ja tuputti ylihintaisia tuotteita. Uloskirjautuessamme pyysin noutamaan laukut kelo 10.00, kuljetusta ei koskaan tullut. Raahasimme ne itse. Terveisin Jukka

Very efficient staff, always ready to help. The hotel is good too as well as the food. The place with the installations is fine, close to the sea. Nice place to stay, the food could be improved though

de swimup kamer was geweldig! het fijne was dat je ook nadat alle baden dicht waren toch nog in een warm zwembad kon zwemmen, 33 graden. en ook s ochtends was het heerlijk wakker worden met een verwarmd zwembad voor de deur. het resort was fantastisch, heerlijk eten en hele aardige mensen

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Rooms 3 stars max, food is mediocre at best. We have to change our room key +20 times due to errors on their system. Service is mediocre at best and they constantly try to upsell their paid services - every 2 min someone comes by to sell you something.
