We had the most amazing stay at JAZ Aquamarine. We were a bit sceptical about Hurghada after reading some bad reviews and people’s scaremongering, but we had the best experience which exceeded our expectations. From the food, to the facilities, pool and staff. Everything was 10/10. Would definitely return and recommend JAZ!!

Kamer was altijd gekuist en ook altijd iets leuks op het bed. Overal supervriendelijke mensen zowel aan het zwembad als de restaurants. Super lekker gegeten bij de Italiaan en het oosterse restaurant alsook het Indisch. Buffet lekker voor ieder wat wils. Hebben genoten van ons weekje verlof en komen zeker terug.

Overall good experience. Staff generally great however rooms are outdated. Also it would be good if sauna and spa services are included in all inclusive bookings.

This hotel is advertised as 5-star but feels more like a dated 4-star at best. The rooms and facilities are old, with several things broken in our room. The “all-inclusive” label is misleading everything comes with extra charges. Sunbeds cost extra, and the indoor pool, sauna, and steam room are €20 per person for just one hour. Certain foods from all inclusive food courts come at an extra charge. The food was very poor and barely edible looked like a pile of vomit. The spa is massively overpriced double the rate from other 5* Resorts (€70–€200) and the massage was so bad it left me in pain for days. There were others also complaining of the very poor quality massages. The extra charges add up fast by checkout, we’d spent almost the same amount as a full flight-and-hotel package for one person. All Pools were overcrowded with kids even during quiet season, making it impossible to relax. The whole resort feels like a money trap. The on-site shops are priced at 10x normal prices, and tour reps constantly roam the hotel trying to sell excursions at double the usual rate. You’re better off booking through GetYourGuide. Service didn’t feel welcoming, especially for South Asian or Black African guests, you feel stared at by other guests the whole time there which can be very uncomfortable. Overall, it’s far from a 5-star experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it. Jaz Bluemarine is no better, as it’s directly linked and shares the same buildings and facilities.

On arrival the receptionist refused my official marriage paper which has been used at many many hotels including the Jaz group. Hotel then attempted to charge me for the reservation. When Expedia then contacted the hotel on my behalf they said, they charged as i did not turn up to check in. Very strange. Very Embarrassing

La chambre etait super et le personnel exceptionnel, merci beaucoup pour les nombreuses bonnes intentions du personnel, le gâteaux d'anniversaire dans notre chambre avec la belle décoration nous a beaucoup touché, merci encore. Nous avons très bien mangé, mon fils a beaucoup apprécié les multitudes piscines et toboggans. Super plage privée :-). Merci davoir contribuer à nos supers vacances :-)

Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich, saubere Zimmer und saubere Anlage. Kaffee ist leider nur aus dem Automaten und das Hausriff ist ziemlich grau.

Personal war nett. Ausstattung und Essen war gut. Zimmer waren sauber. Reception Personal war nicht so nett da sie nicht sehr freundlich waren wegen Zimmerwechsel.
