Fantastic staff and service

Mitten im Zentrum. Sehr einfach vom Flughafen per Bus zu erreichen und nah an allen wichtigen Punkten der Stadt.

Bergamo ist immer eine Reise wert, auch diesmal war es herrlich. Und das Arli Hotel, wo wir nun schon zum wiederholten Male waren, trägt stets seinen Teil dazu bei. Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal, ganz großartiges Frühstück! Gerne wieder.

The Hotel was Very good. The Hotel was very nice and very clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good. In the evening the bar was just right to have a night cap drink. The Hotel was in a very good location in bergamo Thank You.

I spent four days in Bergamo and had the pleasure of staying at the Arli Hotel Business and Wellness. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and service-minded, which contributed to a pleasant experience. Although I arrived earlier than the official check-in time, I was quickly assigned a comfortable room. I ate one evening at the hotel's restaurant and can highly recommend it. Arli Hotel is centrally located in a lovely and beautiful city, which offers both scenic surroundings, historic buildings and charming squares.

Hotellin parhaat ominaisuudet olivat sen sijainti, kelpo aamiainen ja ihan ok henkilökunta. Mutta kokolattiamatto salpaa allergikon hengitystä ja varustelu on tod. niukka. Sänky ihan ok.

I stayed in a Single Room (417) on 4th floor which is very well decorated and functional. All the amenities in room are excellent. Only problem i had was being close to lifts you will hear humming noise every time when someone uses a lift, i would have tolerated that but there was a loud banging noise when the lift door opens and closes dusturbed my sleep. It took a while first to realise where the noise coming from when i checked in. Called the reception team but they couldn't figure it out and thought from the heating pipes. Later that night while asleep i realised it coming from lifts as my room was close to lifts. Called the reception and they immediately moved me to another room. They apologised and told me that they going to fix the issue. Hotel premises out side are bit shady and unclean. Sraff are very pleasant and helpful.

Small bed, no window except for a skylight, everything is extra cost even a small cup of bad coffee for 4€, and pillows are flat as a pancake. Definitely would not recommend it at all.

Lovely hotel close to shops and restaurants. Immaculate inside. Staff helpful. Jennifer in the bar was particularly lovely!

Quality Hotel in a great location at a reasonable price

Muito bom hotel, apesar do local da entrada estar velho devido às lojas ao lado e supermercado. Contudo, entrando tudo muito limpo e organizado. A simpatia da equipe é o forte do hotel, todas da recepção e Facundo no restaurante.
