Very nice accomodations ... next to everything we needed ...outle mall, Hamrick's, Cracker Barrel. Very clean , updated. TV lacks local area news and network options though.

Experience miss communications with 2 staff members. One would not listen and was unprofessional

It was great

The room was spacious and had a comfortable sofa bed to sit on. I usually sleep poorly, but the bed was good enough to let me sleep a straight six hours. Practically a record. It was quiet there too. If come stay again.

The hallway floors need to be cleaned. My mattress over was stained. Upon my arrival the desk clerk was not friendly. I will not stay at this hotel again. This hotel is in desperate need of a makeover.

Check-in took all of about 30 seconds and everything following didn't disappoint as well!

The staff was knowledgeable and not rude. The dining area was nice , clean and well stocked. The pool was closed for repairs, the exterior lights at the edges of the sidewalk were removed and wires were exposed. The walls in the the halls were severely scratched and the carpet were dirty, very dirty. Sad to see it as we have enjoyed staying at the Hampton Inn on several occasions and this was not the case during those stays.

STAFF!!! If you have ever felt like Hotel Staff did not understand your needs when traveling...swing by Hampton Inn, Gaffney South Carolina! The hotel is so comfortable it is home away from home, the rooms are nice size, beds comfortable and hot showers at any time in the morning:) THE INCREDIBLE AMAZING WONDERFUL PROFESSIONAL FRIENDLY HEARTWARMING STAFF...YOU CAN NOT GET THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE ANYWHERE ELSE UP/DOWN THE I-85 CORRIDOR. I was there for my Brother's funeral and they made sure all my needs were met without me requesting or saying a word. This let me know the consistency of who they are. Me to the Staff at the Hampton Inn, Gaffney SC...THANK YOU!

The staff is amazing! The front desk ladies all the way to housekeeping. Corporate should use this hotel staff as a prime example of what hospitality and service should look like. My family and I are all very happy about choosing this hotel.

While the stay, overall, was good, there were a few things that were not, especially the bathroom. The shower area was old and outdates as the caulking, was old, cracking and failing. The one shower door was not completely in tact and the water pressure was very low. The room itself was nice but needs more light, as the the two lamps by the beds were inadequate to help provided light in the room, as was the desk lamp.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

Wonderful staff, the lady that checked me in gave me a bereavement discount after mentioning I was there for a funeral. She was very friendly and went above and beyond! The room was very clean too!
