Had a wonderful stay at Riad Nasreen. Everything from the staff to the room to the breakfast, amazing!

The staff is incredible. So generous, kind, and hospitable. We came away from our time at Riad Nasreen stoked not just from the location and our time in Marrakech but also - and maybe more so - from the time we had in the hotel. Rooms were clean, breakfast is delicious, great location. No notes.

The Riad was lovely, on a side street from the bustling Medina. The 2 rooms we stayed in had sufficient space, comfortable beds and was lit well enough. The restaurant is a definite recommendation (book ahead of time), we had the best tajine of our trip there. But what really set the riad apart, was the helpfulness of the personnel: early breakfast for day trips, keeping our luggage secure, local recommendations, ... This applied to everyone working there: the kitchen, cleaning, reception, restaurant. In particular, Ayoub helped us the most! A tip for other guests: if something is broken in your room, which can happen, just ask! We had a small issue with the shower and the whole shower was replaced on our first day. Once more showing the dedication of the staff.

the help was lovely . Khaled was so very helpful at every turn .and even found a doctor for us .the weight staff was great and the woman that keep our room clean were lovely . everyone was so accommodating and friendly .

Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful from the day we arrived all the way to the last day. We have been served with fresh breakfast, amazing tea, coffee, Moroccan food and amazing eggs too. Even if we arrived early for breakfast we had a smile and a lovely chat. Facilities were amazing, smelled amazing in the whole Riad and also was very clean. This was our first Riad experience and we loved it. Easy access, lots of shops and lovely food options within 5 mins walk. We know that a hotel is more luxurious but Riad Nasreen was a more Moroccan way to experience this beautiful country

Très beau Riad avec du personnel très attentionné, de bons petits déjeuner copieux. A noter que la piscine n'en est pas vraiment une (3x2m). Le Riad n'est pas accessible en voiture, il se trouve au fond d'une rue piétonne assez isolée, pas tjrs pratique avec les bagages ou pour aller chercher des bouteilles d'eau. Un endroit agréable, du personnel attentionné, mais très cher.

We stayed at Riad Nasreen from May 27th to 31st, 2025, and our experience exceeded our expectations. The hospitality and service were truly outstanding – we were greeted with warmth and genuine kindness from the moment we arrived. The staff were always helpful and attentive, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The room were tasteful, clean, and beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan style, with comfortable beds and charming details. The common areas – especially the lush courtyard and sunny rooftop terrace – offered a peaceful retreat from the vibrant energy of the medina. Breakfast was generous and delicious – fresh pastries, fruit, yogurt, eggs, and freshly brewed coffee served with a smile each morning. The location is perfect: the riad is tucked away in a quiet street within the medina, yet just a short walk from the souks, the Majorelle Garden, and other major attractions. An ideal base for discovering Marrakech. We wholeheartedly recommend Riad Nasreen.

Our stay at this wonderful Riad was absolutely amazing! The hospitality was incredible thanks to the friendly staff. Each of them always had a smile on their face and loved talking even with the language barrier. The two boys in charge of the place were very energetic and informative about the local area. The room was spacious and had a traditional vibe to it. The chef cooked us a delicious dinner and the daily breakfast spread was also yummy. Overall our experience at Riad Nasreen was 10/10.

Das Riad Nasreen ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft im Herzen der Altstadt mit Angestellten, die sich perfekt um uns gekümmert haben.

Overall we had a good stay but our room was a bit smaller than we thought and bathroom was tiny but the riad itself was great and well located in a quiet neighbourhood. One word to the amazing support staff that have done everything to please us.

Absolutely beautiful riad! The hosting was fantastic - another level. We had a lovely stay and wish we were there for longer. It’s in a great location, food was lovely, thanks again for a brill stay!

Es handelt sich um eine authentische ortstypische, wunderbar gepflegte Unterkunft mit liebevoll angebotenem Frühstück und generellem Restaurations-Angebot, getragen vom herausragend gastfreundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal.

Great place to stay, a little out of the thick of it at about a 15 minute walk from the Medina. Good hosts / staff. Room was big and had a central living room with sofas which was ideal for us. Parking was around the corner on the street for €10 a night. No big issue. A/C was good and the Riad is significantly cooler than on the road. If you intend to drive be aware that other road users are nuts and you need your whitts about you! The Riad is down a side street so you can’t park up outside it. It’s a 5 minute walk down some back alleys so leave the car close by, check in and ask one of the very helpful staff to help sort you out a parking spot. Included breakfast was good, I’m regretting not having an evening meal here but we just never got around to it. Sun loungers and small pool are upstairs on the roof. The city is quite dusty though so as soon as it’s been cleaned you get a bit of dust on tables etc. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Først må jeg nævne deres service som var helt i top. Personalet var meget smilende, venligt og hjælpsomt og de var virkelig i topklasse 🤩 Desværre var der meget beskidt under sengen, lyset på det ene wc virkerede ikke, der var et wc som løb og larmede, tv’et havde kun YouTube, internettet var dårligt, stedet er slidt, massagerummet blev brugt som opbevaringsrum og sengene var dårlige. Dette Riad har potentiale, men der mangler et stykke vej, kun personalet er prisen værd, desværre 😢☹️

After a long train ride in the gruelling heat and a series of unlucky events, our expectations were tempered- we were simply hoping for a decent night’s sleep in a clean riad. Instead, we were met with an unbearable smell of smoke that cloaked every part of the riad, including our room. This was advertised as a non-smoking building which is precisely why we chose it. Nauseated from the stench, we were then obligated to speed through lists of other lodging alternatives, as one of us is allergic to smoke. Management refused to help out and /or refund us for the 4-night stay. We were also met with another surprise: cockroaches on the floor of the riad! All to say, we both felt betrayed by the way this riad was advertised, as a 4 -star. Since we were pressed for time and having to choose an accommodation for that same night, our choices were greatly reduced, leading us to stay in a hotel that was vastly more expensive than anticipated and far from the bustling city centre we were looking forward to. Highly encourage you to look anywhere else but this place as it will disappoint!
