Old furnished rooms. Low standard bathroom. Very old air conditioners that work like fans. Small rooms. Breakfast not included (rare for 4stars hotel) and because we booked the room through Expedia we weren’t given the option to select and pay for breakfast in advance and thank god for that as we had 2 rooms (4 adults) and was going to cost us €80. Mediocre breakfast and pricy what it offers compared with all the other hotels that we stayed in Greece. Nice personnel at reception desk, great location. Ok overall

Staff is very gentle and welcoming, room was amazing spacious and quiet, air conditioning working very well, and parking was too easy. Breakfast was nice and abundant. I widely recommend this hotel

Good morning breakfast

We stayed in the Suite (Panoramic Meteora View) room. We booked a two-day Meteora tour from Athens but booked this hotel separately. Maybe it was our lack of understanding of the area but the hotel is in Kastraki (city? area?) that is a bit far from the city center of Kalabaka. Restaurant choices are very limited around the hotel but it is closer to Meteora. For us, it turned out to be a bit inconvenient. The hotel building was rated quite high so I was a bit surprised how old the building was. The room smelled like an old apartment. The shower was really small and it was kind of odd. Based on their rating, I expected more. A/C in the room worked fine. Wifi was adequate. The view from the room was okay. You can see Meteora rock formations from the room but "panoramic Meteora view" seems to be an overstatement. Breakfast was nice and they offered many choices. You need to walk about 5 minutes to the closest ATM machine if you need cash for visiting monasteries. I recommend staying near the city center of Kalabaka.

The hotel was nice and clean. But the air conditioning in our room and our friend’s room did not work and so it was a very uncomfortable night with not great sleep. Also there is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs to your room which could be an issue for some people. But the breakfast was good and staff was nice.

Very accommodating and comfortable room. Seems to cater to groups so if you don't like groups this is not best for you.

The Hotel had amazing views of Meteora. We were taken around the monastery’s by a private driver named Panos set up by the hotel. He had tremendous knowledge of the history and knew incredible places to eat. We absolutely loved it. Well worth the perfect visit!

Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο, το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό, το τρίκλινο δωμάτιο όμως πολύ μικρό, χωρίς θέα όπως περιγράφεται στο διαφημιστικό και ζεστό, χωρίς τη δυνατότητα κλιματισμού για να δροσίσει.

A nice hotel, quiet, helpful staff, nice breakfast, However, the Expedia map location is WRONG. It is a 30 minute uphill walk from central Kalabaka, not a 5 min walk. Take a taxi for about 5 Euros.

Very nice location, and pretty hotel. It is close by many of the attractions. They helped with instructions and a map of the areas i wanted to visit . Nice staff.

Friendly staff. Beautiful wood work throughout the building. Nice breakfast in the morning. We had to leave early in the morning before breakfast to get on our bus to the train station. The staff made us to-go bags of food which was very nice. They had great information on the Meteora monasteries. It was walking distance to the trail to start the long hike up the mountain. The staff answered all our questions. Nice view of the mountains from our room deck.

Prima hotel met een mooi uitzicht Hotel zelf heeft zelf geen restaurant maar even verder op liggen twee goede restaurant waaronder Tsekeli. Ontbijt is goed. Kamers zijn ruim

We had a wonderful stay. Reception desk ladies were very welcoming and showed us the sights to visit. Location was perfect.

Liked: • Nice interior – very traditional and attractive • Ended up using the lobby balcony which was nice • Good breakfast in a pretty dining area • Very nice, helpful staff. Really appreciate them explaining how to visit the monasteries and other sites • Kastraki is a really picturesque Greek village • Appreciated the coffee and hot water in the room Disliked: • Not much floor space in the room • Very small balcony in room with no view. • Shower was really hard to use, one of those annoying handheld shower heads that you can't get set up to actually spray on you as a regular shower.

Well kept property. Rooms were very quaint and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and the breakfast staff was very helpful.
