Andre and Andrea are super nice, polite and fully dedicated to the customers. The rooms and bathroom are clean, very nice simple decorated. The breakfast is also very well organized and good. The Location is another plus. We had a lovely stay. Vielen Dank Andrea & Andre.

Ein kleines familiär geführtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und zuvorkommenden Personal. Wir hatten das wirklich sehr geräumige Eckzimmer mit Blick auf den See. Traumhaft. Der Bahnhof und die Innenstadt sind in weniger als 5 Min fußläufig erreichbar.

Zimmer mit Balkon u. Seesicht war wunderschön. Personal sehr aufmerksam. Frühstück mit Gipfeli u. div. Broten. Frisch gemachte Birchermüsli. Div. feine Früchte. Kaffee heiss und fein. Ticino Tickets inkl. Alles perfekt.

Excellent location on lake, near train and bus stops. Room had great amenities for a 3 star. Lots of character and a lovely breakfast.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker & vielfältig Sehr eines frisches Brot , frische Früchte Guets Müesli ….. Nachteil : sehr laut vom Verkehr her , da Strasse vor & neben Haus durchgeht …

Excellent accommodation! This is a charming, sweet, exceedingly clean property with lovely sunlit rooms, fantastic lake and pre-alp views, and pleasant staff. The included breakfast was very good and the location wonderful. So happy to have stayed here!

Booked and confirmed room was sold to someone else. We were given an attic, 26 degrees, impossible to sleep. After forwarding our complaint, we were offered total refund , except tax. We accepted. Later we noticed this promise was not fulfilled. We sa someone who stayed at the same hotel were tricked on their promised refund for four days. Guests having breakfast in lobby! The only positive with this hotel is locatiin. Wouldn’t stay there again!

What a gem - book it. A small hotel in an ideal location. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We booked the superior room and it was so worth it. Fantastic view from our balcony.
