The hotel is easy to get to. The property was clean the room was clean beds comfortable and staff was friendly.

We stay here every time we travel through Palatka. Very clean and nice.

Pool and jaccuzi disgusting, like swamp water. Very run down. Old furniture with cigarette burns on it in my "suite". Plaster coming off the ceiling and walls of bathroom. Very disappointed and shocked at this brand

Had business at the airport. Very close and convenient. Room was updated and very clean.

Hotel was nice. There was some construction going on which made it a little messy. The staff was top notch.

Refrigerator leaking and asked front desk to clean up water and wasn’t done.

Exercise room is nice and my children enjoyed breakfast!

Nice property for the area. Small, but not overcrowded. Area appeared well kept and clean. Staff was very polite and competent. Would stay again.

This property was very well run. When we didn’t get service one day, the staff went above and beyond to make things right. Also, the included breakfast offerings were better than comparable hotels in the area. We definitely would stay there again.

This location is comfortable. Things they need to handle: 1) Do not knock on doors before check out time. 2) 10:00 Breakfast pancake machine was out of pancakes, syrup, and coffee pots out of by 930 and never refilled. We have stayed here twice and last time was the same. 3) Suite rooms available,, but no bedding for the pullout so you must go down to lobby end of the night to get a set.

Clean and close to where we needed to be.
