TV had no signal. Front Desk said they don't handle TV issues and to call the third party service that the hotel owners have contracted with. Third-Party service said the issue needed to be handled by hotel staff and he contacted the hotel. 20 minutes later I talked to the front desk who said the staff maintenance person was on his way. when he arrived and I explained that the front desk had told us to call the third party tech service, he was perturbed and said that never should have happened and that he always handles the TV problems and said he would speak to the front desk again to make sure that this didn't happen. he said he had told them so many times and can't understand why they continued to do this. this wasted an hour of my time and certainly a client should never have to call a third party service that a hotel contracts with. just shows by how ill-trained or uncaring the front desk was.
