I canceled my reservation and was told that I would not be charged.

The staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast was good. Location was great.

The bathroom had not been cleaned prior to check-in. The staff continued to allow other hotel guess to run around in the hallways banging on doors and throwing ice at other patrons, even after being notified several times. There was no quiet time hours, allowing multiple other guess to run the hallways until after 3am

I really enjoyed my stay here. Jennifer, at the front desk, was fantastic and really attentive! I highly recommend this location if you need to stay somewhere safe and convenient.

My husband and I always stay at Hampton and this has been our lease favorite. At check-in they told us breakfast wasn’t till 6:30 so we planned according to that. Find out next morning it was actually 6 which we are early risers so would have been to no. Breakfast was just ok, but coffee was nasty. We booked this hotel on the way to beach and booked it for the pool for our two year old. The water was very cold and had worms all through it so we didn’t use it. Room was just ok. It was clean but it was a bit dirty under the bed. I only noticed because my daughter had thrown a toy under and I bent down to get it. Bathroom was clean and shower was good. I thought the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable but my husband said he slept well. So that’s all about preference. The fridge smelled when I opened it but we just needed to put cans from our cooler in there so didn’t bother me. Location was very convenient.

Was very nice, clean, parking lot security, breakfast was great. Only problem was when young punks were running around between 9 to 11 pm banging on the doors and running off to another floor. Tried to call front office many times no answer?

Large room, pleasant staff.

Blue checked us in and helped with an issue I had with Expedia (my mistake, not theirs). He also took all of our dinner trash (we ate in breakfast area with three little girls) and wouldn't let me help with anything. He went over and above with everything we needed. Such a blessing to us. Also, hotel was very clean and breakfast great!

Unfortunatly many things in room did not work fridge charging port on nightstand and tv remote batteries dead Everything else was nice iv stayed in many hiltons this one must have just been a one off experience

Clean rooms and Staff are friendly and accommodating and there are lots of food options close by.

Our 1 night stay was very nice. Our room was super spacious. Very clean. Also close to many things like Wal mart and places to eat. We will be planing on stay here again for next year on our way pans through.

My stay was amazing & the staff were awesome. There was a problem with the keys not cutting but the front desk team did everything to resolve the issue. Also they were able to get my aunts a room close to my parents & I. My only issue was my door not shutting all the way, but other than that, my stay was amazing & I'd definitely stay there again!!!

The smell in my room was almost like a strong old school stetson type cologne. It was really strong for about 3 hours until the air cycled with the AC

We loved all the amenities. We used the pool and the gym! Great free breakfast. The hotel staff was very accommodating. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Thanks for a great weekend!

I liked that the bed and linens were very comfortable. Nice room. Didn't like that the doors slam very loud and could hearvother guest using the bathroom. 👎 I wasnt asked upon check-in if I would like to be a rewards customer, but I was asked at checkout. Not offered water because I wasn't a rewards customer until checkout.
