All In all very good

Old building, needs a few repairs, but room and public spaces were really clean, and the bed super comfy. Excellent breakfast too. Also had to check-in at 1am due to late ferry arrival. Staff smiling and helpful. Would certainly stay again.

The location is very central and close to the ferry. Had a nice view from my room . The Bed was comfy. The windows were heavily condensated and need to be replaced with ones with bigger openings. Overall we felt safe and secure.

We stayed 3 nights, so it would have been nice if we were told there was free breakfast. There wasn't a microwave in the room which would have been nice. Overall, it was an okay stay.

Great staff

The room was acceptably clean. The electrical needs attention and the windows need repair. It was our last option to stay before hopping on the ferry.

Spacious comfortable room at a reasonable price. Near a supermarket and the airport/ferry shuttle stop. Continental breakfast was very basic - essentially waffles, cereal and beverage, but it is included in the room charge.

Basic hotel,

Old, shabby hotel but decent. Lady at the front not very communicative . She was doing her job but felt like she was just going through the motions. Water is brown..could use a filtration system. There is a bar steps away and also Tim Hortons is walking distance(a couple of blocks).

Hotel room was clean. But dated. Elevator was scary. Staff pleasant.

I enjoyed my stay / room was centrally located near amenities / room was quiet and comfortable / staff was very friendly and helpful with knowledge of getting around the town

The bed was really comfortable, the shower hot, parking great. I ll be back
