Kamer 229 was ruim en schoon, maar de badkamer rook als riool. Wel goed schoon maar niet te harden die lucht. Tevens gaat het licht daar automatisch aan en uit, maar de deur sluit niet goed dus s'nacht naar toilet en alle drie wakkeromdat het licht én aangaat én 10 minuten aanblijft omdat de deur niet sluit. Ontbijt goed maar niet veel heel keuze

Heelijk geslapen, mooi ruime en schone kamer prima service alleen jammer dat we om 9. 45 bij het ontbijt aankwamen en de croissant ( werd na 20 min aangevuld ) eieren, bacon, roerei op was en niet is aangevuld en je betaald er toch ruim voor!

Folding sofa folds together while sleeping on it. Pool closed, not clearly stated upon booking. Noisy rooms.

Hôtel avec espace piscine/spa qui ne fonctionne pas (à priori depuis février). Piscine non disponible en plein mois d’août sans aucune information à ce sujet avant d’arriver. Nous avons booké cet hôtel pour cette prestation. Aucune compensation en retour à part le fait de partir un jour avant… dommage. Meilleure communication aurait été le bienvenu.

We choose this hotel because of location in the nature and facilities (sauna and pool) for a short weekend. It was a big disappointment since pool and sauna was out of service. It was a general maintenance (should be planned in advance), so it should be indicated at the booking process ‘it will be closed during certain period. Customers are assessing their booking chose not only location, value but also facilities and offered services. So no informing them correctly is inappropriate and feels over paid because the offering services were not available. We stayed only 1 day, but we met other customers came to enjoy pool and sauna as a family and they were unhappy because booked for a few days for their holiday. I felt more sorry for them. In general, location was good in the nature and calm. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast was average ..

Was a bit disappointed that we had no confirmation that the swimming pool was not going to be open. Even though Hotels.com had advised it to be open by the time we got there. Also the hotel is 20km from the centre of town? So you will need a car to get there.

Et dejligt hotel beliggende i rolige omgivelser lidt uden for byen. Venligt personale og fremragende morgenmad

Kom till ett ostädat hotellrum med stora dammtussar som flöt omkring under sängen + hundhår och en fruktansvärd doft i hela rummet (blöt hund??). I övrigt ett fint rum. Personalen bad inte ens om ursäkt, men städade rummet.

Rude staff

Area and staff very nice, room was rather warm but this according to staff to be upgraded in a few months. the breakfast was ok, was unable to use spa or pool as closed for renewal

The property is located in an amazing woodland with convenient access to nearby city restaurants and facilities. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The structure is very old and left on its own.
