This is do basic hotel for a four star!! In our opinion it is a 2-3 star hotel. The staff are very nice and location is good. Food and activities are so let down!! Cold and repetitive. Do not do all inclusive here, it is rip off. Breakfast is OK.

Very clean room, friendly staff. Overall experience was magnificent.

Das Hotel hatte alles was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht, nicht spektakulär, aber gut. Die Zimmer waren ordentlich und sauber. Beim Frühstück hat uns lediglich frisches Obst gefehlt, man konnte bequem und überdacht im Freien Essen. Das Motto des Abend Buffets wechselte jeden Tag, hier hat uns nur die Auswahl an einheimischen Speisen gefehlt. Alles in allem, ein sehr gut im Ort gelegenes Hotel, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Very good hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen in the room was absolutely perfect for us. I want to thank Lazaros - the manager of the restaurant, he is amazing person, and he was so kind and helped us so much and always with smile. The hotel is located in the heart of Ayia Napa, walking distance from all restaurants, shops and bars, and a few minutes from the harbour. We will come back !

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, with good facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As a solo traveller, I was made very welcome, to feel comfortable, getting to know most of the staff by name. Great amenities, buffet restaurant, with indoor and outdoor area. Two outdoor pools, one large and one smaller children's, with loungers. A health spa, gym and 24 hour reception. Right in the heart of Ayia Napa, close to everything.

Huge room. Lovely breakfast. Good price. Great location but the downside of that is the road outside can be a bit noisy but then you are not in ayia napa to sleep

Mycket tillmötesgående. Fint och rent. Tyvärr störde musikunderhållningen delvis mig in på rummet.

Daniella’s smile at the front desk was very welcoming. Tomas’ customer care and personal attention is exceptional. The dining experience at Bacan was a hi-light. The location is very good and deserves a renovation update.

Great hotel, slick check in and helpful and friendly staff, rooms have comfortable beds and modern furnishings. Recommended if you are looking to stay in the centre of Ayia Napa.
