Room was much better than expected. My family was impressed that we got such a great deal.

Everything was as stated, pictures were spot on, room was immaculate.

Room was amazing , view was great , i love having a kitchen so i can cook breakfast or dinner ect. And not have to go out all the time. Only thing that sucks is they have 1 elec charger for an EV and more thab 1/2 their outlets in the car garage were locked so i had to ask a staff member to unlock one so i could charge my car.

I arrived at 3:10 told my room would be ready very soon and I would receive a text. I sat in car for an hour and a half. Heard nothing. Finally had to return to the front desk at 4:45 and was told it's still not ready!!!!!! I can understand if 100s of people are checking it but NO ONE was there!!! 15 minutes later he finally handed me some keys. The room was beautiful but we didn't sleep all night because no one secured the deck furniture and it slid across the decks on our room and all the rooms around us ALL night!! It was a terrible experience. Bungee cords are cheap. Stop being lazy and secure deck furniture if you are getting wind like that. Again unacceptable for $500 a night!

Everything was perfect, I’m just still having troubles with the Check In and Check out , That’s no fair , Leave the Hotel at 10 o’clock it’s no fair. There’s no enough time to get some breakfast, I understand that it’s the politic in everysingle place but you can work on that , I think 12:00 pm for a Check out it’s perfect

Marriott Vacation Club ist kein Hotel. Die Zimmer werden nicht gemacht, d.h. man muss die Betten selbst machen und ggf das Zimmer selber reinigen. Wer also Gerien machen und das Zimmer nicht selber reinigen möchte, der sollte ein Hotel wählen. Parkplatz ist oft ein Problem. Wir werden dort nicht mehr zu Gast sein.

We stayed in the villa. It had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining area and a full kitchen. I loved the in-unit washer and dryer. Everything about our room was absolutely beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The pillows were fluffy. We had an amazing view of the ocean! The pool was perfect for the kids! The private access to the beach was convenient. I would love to come back!
