All was great, as usually but this comment is based on the lack of a fitness facility. We had access to a partner facility to work out but that was really small and not taken care of. We really need to do better to promote fitness and a healthy lifestyle and options to achieve that.

Lovely hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the Peaks Hotel. Perfect location, super accommodating and pleasant staff, and the room was amazing. We appreciated the extra upgrades due to our Expedia status! We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Banff.

We enjoyed our 4-night stay at the Peaks Hotel. Room was very modern and spacious, with 2 double beds, and made the most of the space through being well designed, with ample storage. Hot drinks available in a room near reception. Swimming pool at the hotel across the road was just about big enough for some lengths but very easy to use. Very well located in the centre of Banff with lots of good restaurant options within fairly short walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

New place very nice. Well situated

I faced the alley and there were garbage trucks every morning ant 7am and every evening there were people screaming and yelling outside my room quite late at night. Not a great sleep either night. The room was nice and very clean.
