Bathroom fan was very very dirty. Floor was sticky and toilet seat was broken.

My flight was delayed twice and management was in communication and still provided the same service to me when I finally made it! Awesome service!

The carpet was disgusting.The couch and chairs disgusting. The shower didn't drain slowly to the point you're stand drian water.

Great location. Has potential but moldy filter with old coffee pack in coffee pot, hair and crumbs in microwave which was disgusting. Unable to speak with anyone on-site as no one in office.

We were shocked when we arrived from Florida to find the office closed. We couldn't check in. After going through the paperwork I had on this place I found that the end of check in was 11 am . Who does this? What time should I have left Venice Florida to make it up to NC in that time frame. I would like to get my money back. Thank Wilson Candle wood Suites for accommodating us. I advise you to read the small print.

Very good value

TV remote was missing at check-in. There's no number to call and office is closed on weekends. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Refrigerator was a bit noisy but freezer works well. I gave 3-star rating because there's no way to communicate with the staff; an emergency phone number that will be answered at "their earliest convenience".

We would defjnately NOT stay in this hotel again. Our room looked ok upon arrival, but the floors were completely filthy. We left our shoes on as i had dropped water on the floor and used paper towel to wipe it up. The bathroom was in the same condition. The base boards were coated in grime and dirt also. We arrived a little later than expected, and found out from someone (not any office) that a key were in an envelope togain entry to the room. We were only 2hrs late due to heavy traffic. Our bedside table lamp didnt work but no one o ask.

After the dog stopped whining, it was quiet. There was no sink strainer for kitchen sink. Everything looked nice, but needed a good cleaning. Convenient to where we needed to be and the price was good.

We needed a place that accepted pets ($30 a night extra) and was close to where we were going for baseball. This was ok. Room was not as clean as it should be: no bag in ice bucket, a finger nail clipping on the night stand, facial hair shavings in bathroom sink. That was our room. It was very noisy at night with people above us just rude. Breakfast was ok for a hotel. Chec in was easy and the lady was super nice. Pet rooms should be on. 1st floor so it’s easy to take them outside. Elevator slow. Take the stairs it’s much faster. There also people smoking weed out front. Would we stay again? No. Drive further down and stay at a different property.

Everything seemed good, until we arrived. We are traveling with our cat and the first thing was paying a $150 deposit, in cash. Later she said that was generous because it should have been $300 but even on their website it said a max of $150. Then a few days later she stopped by to say that the cat can’t be in the window which isn’t in their policy. For having an apartment, some amenities were missing like cleaning supplies and the DVD player and even an oven mit. We had a water leak and upon trying to contact the manager, another number was given for emergencies but it wasn’t in service. The water leak caused the carpet to be dried which means several industrial fans to be used all night. We ended up moving out early. Still pending if we get refunded.

When we got there they said they gave our room away and had to bump us up and charged us another $134. If they had that’s their problem but cost us more

I unfortunately had my door key stop working and called the emergency number but it stated not available. If you do not take care of your needs during their business hours you are out of luck. This forced me to go to another hotel for the night. The bed had not been changed. I could see the stain of the person who slept in the bed prior and the blanket when i lifted it had pubic hairs fall onto the bed. I had to sleep on the couch.

The lady at front desk was very rude.

Rooms need to be freshened up/updated. Were clean. Manager seemed out of it upon checkin. Rude. Took card information but ended up charging card that was used in reserving rooms. I reserved 4 rooms but actually put 2 on anther floor purposely.

The property and room were clean, well supplied and comfortable. Management were professional/friendly and responsive. There are a wealth of restaurants and stores in the area. We would stay here again.
