Our room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, with a stunning view from the windows. The staff, especially the receptionist, were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, offering a wide variety of choices. We had a wonderful time at the hotel and will definitely be back.

Me gustó el hotel en todos los aspectos,el único pero que pondría es la hora del check.in, las 4 de la tarde me parece un poco tarde

Bra rum, men renligheten i badrummet hade kunnat förbättras då det fanns en del hår i duschen. Personalen var trevlig och tillmötesgående till mesta dels. Ligger lite utanför stan i ett lite otryggt område. Ligger nära ett köpcentrum och hyfsat nära stranden, vilket var positivt. Väldigt lyhört, man hör rumsgrannarna prata osv.

Jeg fikk et nytt og veldig pent rom, superior room. Åpen balkong i 9. etasje. Hadde en fantastisk utsikt over sjø og veien opp til borgen. Meget gode solforhold. Rommet var utrolig godt isolert, hørte ikke naboer. Flinke renholdere, som tok rommet mitt når jeg spiste frokost, som jeg ønsket.Har vært på dette hotellet veldig mange ganger, kommer tilbake neste år. Glimrende beliggenhet, nydelig frokost.

It was great to see the same staff on our return to this great hotel. We were upgraded & had the newly renovated rooms. Fabulous view & cleaners done a lovely job daily.

Room was clean and tidy. All the staff we're friendly and helpful. Good location to tram way and easy walk to town. Only negative is that the walls are not sound proof.... SO EAR PLUGS AN ABSOLUTE ESSENTIAL

To mój kolejny pobyt w tym hotelu. Tym razem dostaliśmy super pokój. Odnowiony. Elegancki i schludny. Świetna łazienka. Bardzo dobre poduszki i materac. Balkonik z widokiem na morze. Bardzo życzliwi ludzie zwłaszcza w recepcji. Natomiast śniadanie tym razem było nieco uboższe niż 2 miesiące temu. Brakowało wina, czy innych dań. A placki pizzy się skończyły już przed godz.9.00 (niedziela) i nie były uzupełniane do końca dnia.

Les chambres sont superbes, 4 étoiles car le petit dej pourrait être servi avec des produits de meilleure qualité.. mais ça reste bon !

Hotel is very nice and very convenient. The remodeled rooms (Superior and Premium) are worth the extra money. The front desk staff is excellent—both professional and welcoming. We have stayed at the Maya numerous times and will continue to make it our go-to hotel in Alicante.
