Beautiful location in Wagner. It is at the top of a hill overlooking the little town. Is is a short walk from the train station, but the hotel will send a driver if you ask. Everyone at the front desk were very helpful and friendly and the food at the restaurant was delicious.

Claims to be a ski in and ski out property. That is misleading. The main ski slope runs some distance away from the hotel and to get to or from the hotel you need traverse via various roads several hundred metres. The property is dated and requires updating, particularly given the high price point (approx 500 CHF per night). On the positive, the staff were generally friendly.

This was the most beautiful hotel high up on the hill overlooking Wengen. Beautiful breathtaking views of the mountaintops, delicious breakfast every morning, grounds grounds and great amenities (pool, spa, slippers).

Our balcony view of Jungfrau was breathtaking…the scenery was continually changing. Staff is very accommodating. Lovely hotel and magnificent town.

Excellent hotel, the staff were friendly and incredibly committed to making our stay nice. Overall good condition, only minor nitpick was that one of the two mattresses were not the most comfortable and probably in need of updating.

habe bei Hotel com Schwimmbad, Frühstück incl, Sauna + Parkplatz angegeben. In der Reservierungbestätigung steht Transfer vom Bahnhof, möglich.. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Autofreien Zone 😂 also, Auto im Dorf unten in der Tiefgarage parken. Gepäck in die Zahnradbahn tragen, dann wird man dort am Bahnhof abgeholt und zum Hotel gefahren, welches zu 100% seinen Schweizer Charme bewahrt hat. Morgen geht’s nach Zermatt, jetzt weiß ich Bescheid..

En general muy bien, personal amable con exclusión de un mesero (quiero creer que era el encargado) prácticamente me corrió del Restaurante porque cerraban desayunos a las 10 y ya eran las 10:30, aunque me ayudó a llevarme el desayuno a la habitación pera la forma en que lo hizo no considero la correcta, al día siguiente misma condiciones pero diferentes personas, me daban ganas de quedarme para ver si también a ellos les decía de la misma forma, era una familia de 6 adultos y 1 bebé que empezaron a desayunar a las 5 o 10 antes de las 10 am

Amazing location, amazing staff, amazing breakfast, amazing service and amazing views. Common area carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. Little untidy look in rooms with some scuffs and scratches. Bathroom are dated and was difficult to control the temperature for showers.

Great views

By far the best hotel and spa in the Wengen and Lauterbrunnen. The staff and the hotel director Nebojsa Rikic did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. The restaurant was great with an amazing view of the snowy mountains. Hotel has an excellent spa with 3 different saunas and hammam.

Took spur of moment trip to Wegan

The transfer service between train station and hotel was superb. The view was fantastic and facilities were good. Breakfast was good but varieties were average. Enjoyed in the small pool with warm water prior breakfast. Price at the high side, expect to have more against the price paid.

Front desk staff were fantastic and warm, this property is perfect for a quiet relaxing stay in Wengen. We really appreciated the hospitality and convenience between Wengen station and the lobby area. Hope to be back next time!

Amazing stay, gorgeous view of the mountains, excellent breakfast buffet, couldn't ask for more.

閑静な環境でツェルマットのように観光客が多く押し寄せる事もなく、風光明媚で、スタッフのホスピタリティも最高。とてもリフレッシュ出来ました。また訪れたいと思います。
