Great hotel! Very clean

Not happy

They charge me $120 extra because of the view of the ocean. There was no Internet room service was bad and they called the four star hotel I was unpleasant. I had to leave early by two days. I was not happy staying there.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and professional. Any minor issues were handled promptly, and overall I had a very pleasant stay.

The room was very bad quality. The room carpet was wet and full of mold strong smell that affect our ability to breath. The bathroom was dirty and full of black mold. The bed was not very clean and holds.

The hotel staff were very helpful and kind. The area is beautiful and vibrant. Many restaurants and shops around with nice wide side walks. The most important thing that the hotel is amazing with gorgeous view! My husband and I loved or stay.

I would not recommend staying here unless major renovations are done. The hotel is extremely old and in desperate need of updating. My room smelled strongly of cigarettes even though it’s supposed to be non-smoking. The bathroom had black mold on the tub, and the carpet was dirty and had a terrible odor. Overall, it felt very unclean and uncomfortable. The only positive thing about my stay was the staff — they were friendly and helpful, especially the manager, Fareed, who was awesome and tried his best to make things better. Unfortunately, even great staff can’t make up for the poor condition of the property
