I come to Egypt very often and this my go to address. the staff is amazing. The service is on point, the Hotel is busy enough and yet very quiet. The friendliest and the most helpful staff ever. Highly recommended.

This is older hotel and would need make over . It’s not 4 star property at the moment. The breakfast buffé was not what you expected at 4 star hotel!

Special mention to the cleaning lady, Waala (don’t know if I got the name right but something like that) that tended to my room for her professionalism and attention to details.

Everything was very nice and people was very respectful,

The room wasn’t clean , towels dirty I used my own towels , air condition control not working we were freezing , the desk was freshly polish our cloth got dirty The sink was stuck as well and the plumping was awful I regret this time to bring my family to the hotel just waste of many and experience was horrible

À la llegada me cambiaron las habitaciónes , las habitaciones no era lo que esperaba y/o pagué , restaurant italiano bueno en general , personal atento , pero lamentablemente las instalaciones en general no modernas , para ser un Radisson blu y como conozco varios en el mundo , deja mucho que desear , no lo recomiendo !

Hotel pulito e comodo. Posizione da cui in 30-40 minuti di Uber permette di raggiungere tutta Cairo. A pochi minuti dall'aeroporto. Personale gentile e disponibile (un saluto in particolare ad Ahmed)

We only stayed for a couple of hours before we get onto our next flight. It was 10 minutes drive to airport.

Städning av rummet var utmärkt varje dag, house keeper var mycket hjälpsam om man behöver nåt. Personalen i receptionen var mycket hjälpsamma på alla sätt. Frukosten var mindre bra mycket personal som bara står och pratar och maten var inte det man önskade sig på en så fin hotell. Servicen på baren var utmärkt.

The hotel was wonderful and the staff extremely helpful. The concierge staff, especially Hussein, went out of their way to assist. The buffets were very well laid out with good variety. We had breakfast included with our stay and also ended up having dinner there as well. In all a great experience.

Nice hotel well located near the airport, the free shuttle to the shopping center is apprecaited. With better attention to maintenance, the hotel could offer an even better experience.

Next to airport but conditions can be bettee

Our stay was room only for a week, the room was spacious, all amenities available including tea and coffee facilities, fridge and a safe. Iron and hairdryer. Water bottles was left every morning when room was cleaned. There is a roof pool and seating area but unfortunately the pool was very cold to swim, not heated in May. Staff everywhere helpful and polite. Security at front of hotel and location great with great shops around
