We really enjoyed every aspect of our stay here. It made a great home base for exploring Machu Picchu. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had an amazing variety of traditional and continental options. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great during our stay. The attention is very personalized, they all address you by your name/last name with a smile. So the interaction with the staff was excellent, the breakfast buffet delicious and with great variety.Our room was always clean and on time.Very impressed by Sonesta Hotel Cusco, also the location was very convenient, a couple of blocks from Koricancha and a ten, 15 minutos walk to the main square. Cusco is truly a magical city and staying at Sonesta was a great experience. We will return for sure.

Good hotel and service

This hotel was fantastic, everyone from the staff was really lovely and approachable. The location was great for any nearby sights and even for the train to Machu Picchu. The rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast was delicious and also openining it from 3 am is a nice touch for all the hikers. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Cuzco.

The breakfast was one of the best I've ever been provided at a hotel. The perfect mix of fresh local cuisine and classic breakfast standards.

They shuttled us from and to the airport. The property itself is a 15 minute walk to Plaza de Armas. The breakfast is great the restaurant also has good options. Mabel who cleaned our room everyday in our week stay did a wonderful job. Yes, i would recommend this hotel. Their staff is really nice and customer service oriented.

Fantastic hotel in Cusco. The staff were so helpful and pleasant that they even got us the recipe of a dish during breakfast that we loved. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Cusco. The breakfast spread was awesome that after eating we could skip lunch. For early trips they do start serving from 3 am

Great location, hotel service and hotel room.

The room was large with a very large bathroom as well. It did not have a walk-in shower, but more of a tub shower. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself was clean and well kept up and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with significant variety and fresh cooked options, which is an omelette station. They also had regional food for breakfast, which was fun. We ate at the restaurant twice and the food was fantastic. My only complaint was the rooms at the front of the buildings are not insulated all that well, and you could hear the noise on the street. The rooms in the front of the building did have a balcony with a view of the city, which was nice.
