Manaus Hotéis Millennium Minha experiência neste hotel foi extremamente negativa, uma das piores que já tive em hospedagem. • O quarto apresentava fedor de mofo. • O banheiro estava com ralo entupido. • A TV não funcionava. • Não havia água quente no chuveiro e em determinado momento faltou água geral no quarto. O episódio mais grave ocorreu quando retornamos de um passeio ao Museu MUSA: ao entrar no banheiro, encontramos o vaso sanitário com fezes, mesmo sem termos utilizado. Ao reclamar na recepção sobre a falta de água, a camareira veio até o quarto e, sem condições adequadas, utilizou o banheiro do próprio quarto de hóspedes, deixando a situação ainda mais constrangedora. Além disso, houve queda de energia elétrica no hotel e o gerador não entrou em funcionamento. Ficamos sem luz por horas, precisando descer pelas escadas para jantar. Para completar, o hotel é cercado por um forte mau cheiro vindo de um córrego de esgoto em frente ao prédio. Diante de tantos transtornos, solicito o extorno do valor pago pela hospedagem. Não recomendo este hotel a ninguém.

Tanto o quarto quanto a equipe foram excelentes!

Foi muito boa, mas houveram problemas principalmente com o funcionamento do restaurante, as horas são muito ruins, não funciona 24 horas, cafe da manha so ate as 10:00 da manha e almoço so a partir do meio dia ate as 10:00 da noite, isso é inconveniente.

The staff were absolutely delightful—so warm and friendly. I don’t speak Portuguese, but that was never a problem. I used Google Translate with one staff member, but that was completely fine; after all, I’m the visitor who doesn’t speak the language. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with modern, updated bathrooms. There’s a huge shopping mall right next door, and getting around is incredibly easy—Uber rides are extremely inexpensive and usually arrive within three minutes because there are so many drivers. The prices were so low that I always tipped the full amount of the fare. The restaurant staff and the food were both exceptional. Overall, I had an amazing stay! While some areas of Manaus require a bit more caution, I felt completely safe at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Five ⭐️!

Staff was great. Friendly and spoke the best English on our trip so far. We stayed 1 night at the Millenium then spent the next 2 nights at a jungle lodge. We didn't need all our things for the jungle so we asked them to store our luggage until we got back. They did this no problem. Where they went over and above is that my luggage was delayed by the airline and I was leaving for the jungle. When my luggage finally arrived in Manaus the airline delivered it to the hotel. I heard horror stories about lost luggage where everything was stolen, so imagine my happiness when I got back from the jungle to the Millenium hotel and my luggage was there. Nothing was stolen. They even made a little sign with my name on it. The location is good. It is connected to a small shopping mall. There are other shopping nearby. We ate a a restaurant call Barollo, which was within walking distance and had great food in an elegant setting for a great price.
