Clean,new and big

Modern building behind older facade. Good parking. Steps up to hotel entrance. Excellent clean and spacious bedroom. Seemed short of staff, so service slow. Some young staff seemed under-trained, and rather bored by their work. Too much loud music in dining room.

Parking is convenient, and the room is clean and quiet. And the staffs were polite and kind.

Hotel is in a great location with plenty of parking Staff very helpful and rooms clean and comfortable. Good restaurant on site Train station 20 mins walk away for links to airport and Brussels Will definitely use again when in area

The hotel looks great for the money paid. Near the Waterloo battlefield and near restaurants. Room is larger than typical European rooms.

Fantastic stay in our old Hometown Waterloo. Reserved everything through Hotels.com, payed everything with our credit card. When we checked ou we still neded to pay 40€ for ”interest rate”. Will pay by credit card on site next time. Unsure about Hotels.com way to handle payments.

En chansbokning från bilen under färd som visade sig vara jättelyckad. Rymliga, fräscha rum, riktigt trevligt ställe. Bra värde för pengarna. Trevlig personal på hotellet - i restaurangen jagade de oss för att de (felaktigt) trodde vi inte betalat notan…

A lovely quiet hotel with an on-site restaurant and outdoor bar. Very comfortable. Near to shopping area and public transport.

Nice hotel and great staff. However, a light under the bedside table kept coming on and off randomly in the early hours - several times a night. I asked the front desk to have someone sort it out on 3 occasions and it was never dealt with. 7 night stay with very interrupted sleep. Won’t stay here again. Apparantly lots of people have complained about these lights. They need to remove them as they add no value other than ambience - which isn’t required at 4am!

Nice room 20 minute walk to centre of waterloo, but along busy road. Well loçated for battlefield Bar not manned most of the time gettìng served took time! Reception staff very helpful and would fetch staff to serve. When weather improved so did seřvice! Breakfast buffet style and whilst not the best did the job well.

Bodde på detta fantastiska hotell för en affärsresa. Priset i förhållande till vad du fick var fantastiskt.

The onsite restaurant is pretty and adequate. The rooms are basic, but the walk-in rain shower is nice. Bathroom amenities need an upgrade. They provide only a small sliver of soap and small bottle of body wash for washing and bathing. There are no washcloths, which probably means their clientele is mostly European.

Room is very clean, staff are friendly, breakfast is great!

This is my go-to when in Waterloo. The hotel is always spotless and you see constant cleaning and attention to every nook by dedicated staff. The rooms were all redecorated and are gorgeous. Sleek Euro business modern with warm tones and soft lighting with excellent beds. Staff is very attentive and happy to help make your stay, cocktail or meal enjoyable.
