Great location

La proximité à pied (30 minutes) du centre ville de Kingston. Ce qui nous a moins plu, le drain du bain ne fonctionnait pas adéquatement.

Great place to stay and easy check in. Friendly staff! Very peaceful

The staff were nice. They offered us room temperature bottles of water. Our card keys kept deactivating. Our room was not maintained well, outlet not working, hangers hanging from the ceiling vent. The pool was closed during the summer. Breakfast was fresh fruit and coffee/tea/water. We were told not to drink the water so we brushed our teeth with bottle water.

Had problem checking in because Expedia took payment of wrong room staff couldn't understand what to do I should not have to tell an employee what to do very frustrating will not use Expedia for a while.

The room was clean, the location convenient, and everything went smoothly. A special shoutout to Pam at the front desk—she was fantastic! Friendly, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Pam made the stay memorable. Highly recommend!

This was a last minute booking for the week. What a great spot. Close to downtown. The room was clean and exactly what we needed. The owner (I can't remember his name) was very friendly and helpful. I thought we had a problem with the fridge, but it was just a light switch in a weird spot. LOL. Pam at the front counter was a delight! Super friendly and made sure our stay was perfect! We will definitely stay here gain!

A nice hotel not to far from the centre of Kingston. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was nice they offered a couple of bottles of water and at checkout they have fruit for the journey. The room was clean and good for the night. The air conditioner worked well but made a lot of noise when the fan was blowing.

Very good value option. Right in the downtown area.

Nada tiene que ver lo que se anuncia con lo que es realmente. Es un motel horrible, en un lugar que no tiene seguridad alguna y queda en el paso de gente de aspecto poco agradable, lo cual, te da inseguridad. Además de que los alrededores están obscuros.

Old, nice staff, just not the cleanest, good value

The hotel needs an upgrade. Takes 5 mins for toilet to refill. Drainage is bad. Room needs major clean, walls etc.

Staff are exceptional

It was a great place. We just wished they washed the floors that were quite dirty. The rest was pretty good. Comfortable beds, and clean bathroom.

Limited facilities

Very reasonable price.
