Great stay, good price, good location

I booked two twin beds and they would only give us a king. Why offer the choice of they cant fulfill it?

Toppen! Bra service i baren

Was told hotel.com did not pass on the reservation for a twin room, however the hotel changed the room type. Room was fine, beds were not the best in a hotel that we experienced in Norway. The bed topper kept slipping off the mattress. The TV in the room did not work, however this was not a big issue as we were not in Oslo to watch TV. Breakfast was fine to start the day.

L'albergo è in una posizione bellissima, permette di raggiungere a piedi le maggiori attrazioni e zone di Oslo con piacevoli passeggiate. Vicinissimo anche alle fermate dei mezzi e alla via principale. La camera era pulitissima, silenziosissima e spaziosa al punto giusto. La nostra era interna quindi senza alcuna vista. Il bagno super comodo, con una doccia comodissima. Il personale davvero gentilissimo, sempre pronto ad aiutare, la colazione eccellente e con ampia scelta. Uno dei migliori alberghi che io abbia scelto.

Great location close to everything

Very good hotel in a good location for the main tourist haunts. Room comfortable and spacious. Excellent breakfast - the best of the 4 places stayed at in Norway this summer.

Sköna sängar och fräscht rum. Dock tråkig utformning. Frukosten motsvarande inte förväntningarna och var tyvärr begränsad i urval.

Synes hotellet var veldig fint. Veldig sentralt, stort sett 5-10 min gange til det meste i sentrum. Sjelden jeg har vært på et hotell med så bra kjøling på rommet, nesten litt i meste laget faktisk. Frokosten var av god norsk standard, men utmerket seg ikke på noen måte. Bra med kaffeutvalg på kaffemaskinen, og godt utvalg av mat og ferskt brød. Det mest positive er nok beliggenheten. Men også rommets standard trekker opp.

Kjempe fint hotell. Fantastisk hjelpsomt personell, sentralt beliggenhet. Eneste som kan trekke ned er dyr parkering og dyr frokost.

It was a last minute booking. Room is not big. I had an accident with the bunk bed. The shower door was bad design. The floor mat was all wet after the shower!

Utmerket rom, rent og pent. Ikke støy. Hyggelig personale. Deilig frokost, mye å velge mellom. Anbefaler dette hotellet på det sterkeste.

Frokost buffeten var meget bra og baren hadde ett bra utvalg

Veldig fint hotell, med fine rom

We had booked a room with bunk beds. Upon arrival these had not been installed. Quickly sorted by staff so nothing major. The building could do with better glazing/soundproofing. I was staying with my kids who found it hard to sleep with the noise of people talking,walking and even coughing in the street outside. Very poor for a Radisson. Location is excellent in-between the palace and fortress. Oslo city centre is on your doorstep. All staff members we interacted with were fantastic. Always friendly, helpful and good ambassadors for the hotel. The room itself has clearly been maintained and prepared to a high standard. A big thank you to the cleaning team for their efforts. Only slight downside is that we could not figure out how or if the aircon was on but it was only 23 degrees outside. That may be a design of Red series hotels.
