Personale efficiente preparato e multilingue, hanno risolto le mie problematiche in maniera veloce e sempre con ilo sorriso. La struttura merita il rapporto qualità prezzo, molto pulita e la camera molto spaziosa. Andiamo spesso e sempre rimaniamo entusiasti. Vale la pena anche perchè è in zona centrale dando la possibilità di spostarsi a piedi. Colazione buona e intercontinentale.

Tutto molto comodo e ben curato , buona la colazione e personale attento e disponibile. a piedi si raggiungono tutti i punti di interesse ,fermata del bus da e per l' aeroporto vicinissima sicuramente sarà il mio hotel di riferimento per i prossimi viaggi di lavoro a Lublino

Fint hotell, skulle säga ”typiskt Grand Hotel’. Liten duschkabin, knappast man glider in och då ör jag normalbyggd. Jättefin lobby och bardel.

Great stay in a perfect location. Clean, comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast with plenty of variety.

Super hotel, helpful staff

Rather poor and boring breakfast.

This was an ideal overnight stop, in the centre of Lublin. The hotel is located in a characterful older building, the room was very spacious and well equipped. The only downside was excessive noise from people racing/revving cars until late into the evening.

Super hotel in a great location

Highly recommended. Location is excellent - directly across from main city plaza. Beautiful vintage hotel with first-class amenities. Large rooms, well-appointed and quiet. Excellent breakfast too. Parking is a bit challenging but we luckily secured a metered place on the street next to hotel entrance. The friendly staff needs to be educated on offering parking possibilities. The young woman we encountered at check-in had no idea of where to direct us.

The room was very well supplied and maintained. The bathtub was a nice touch. The staff was very helpful and friendly. A beautiful hotel in a prime location.

Parking was relatively easy for us but we got lucky. It's first come, first serve parking on the street in front of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, very close to the old town. The staff were all lovely and helpful. There was a communal water dispenser on each floor, which dispensed both still and sparkling water, which I thought was a nice touch. One slight disappointment was that we requested breakfast to be delivered to our room, but when it arrived not all of the items we requested had been sent up. Other than that though, everything else was great and we will stay there again when we are back in Lublin.

Very spacious room in a gorgeous hotel minutes away from the old town. The staff is super efficient, the water fountains are great. On the last day we left early and they prepared a plentiful breakfast to go. I can’t fault the IBB Grand Hotel. It’s perfect.

The hotel is very well situated to walk to the impressive medieval Old Town, I really recommended as a place to stay for that reason alone, otherwise it’s still a very nice hotel and I enjoyed my time there
