Great location with lots of great restaurants within 10min walking distance. The reception and rest of staff are incredibly friendly and hospitable.

Wonderful hotel if you are travelling to Lima. It is very conveniently located/ within walking distance of nice neighbourhoods with lots of restaurant options. The beach is also a walkable location from the hotel. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet for sleeping. They provide a hot cooked breakfast with fruit options, coffee/ tea, and fresh juice. All the staff were very friendly and informative. I would absolutely stay here again.

Quiet and very modern. Spotless rooms, great breakfast and the host was very helpful with providing information on where to go and what to do in Lima. Taxi service to and from the airport was on time and affordable.

Overall, this is a very nice accomodation at a reasonable cost and in a good neighborhood. The staff is particularly friendky and helpful. It was a regret that there was no hot water for wash sink, the wash sink drainage stop didn't work, and one had to put dirty toilet paper in a open waste basket.

Elizabeth and her team, from check-in to cleaning to breakfast are fantastic. They worked hard to make me feel welcome. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is excellent . Elizabeth does a great job. The location is fantastic - just a street or so back from the malecon . In a perfect location in Barranco and also walkable to Miraflores. The only thing , and nothing to do with the hotel , is to be a bit careful late , late evening if walking. I'll be back .

Superb staff, including fresh-cooked simple breakfasts. Loved kitchen area with hot water and tea just down the hall from our room. Room was clean, spacious, bright. Bathroom good sized with good shower. Great location, quiet, convenient to food, bus. 2 blocks from the ocean parks. Biggest plus is the staff --- they really take care of you.

Café da manhã delicioso!! O hotel não tem elevador e a acústica é ruim, mas o atendimento fantástico e atenção dispensada supera tudo! Chegamos mais cedo e o pessoal logo se prontificou a disponibilizar o nosso quarto!!! Vale muito a pena se hospedar aqui!! Deixando um agradecimento especial para a Rosana que tão bem nos atendeu no café da manhã.

Great clean bed and breakfast. The staff is very helpful with questions and give great recommendations. Center of Barranco is a 15 minute walk away and plenty of food options around the area. I will definitely be back next time.

This is a very good option for Barranco within easy walking distance of the main sites. Our room was a bit tired/worn in places - cracks in a couple of tiles etc but there is something endearing about the property. Breakfast was cooked to order & tasty, staff (especially Elisabeth who seems to be the Manager) very helpful. A good, comfortable, no frills option.

Todo muy bien, y la gente es MUY ATENTA. El desayuno se prepara al gusto del pasajero, lo que le da un toque de personalización extra.

The hotel was immaculately clean. Our beds were so comfortable. The shower was excellent. The hotel also held our luggage on our last day and then let us hang out in the lobby for a couple of hours, which was so kind of them. We were so happy to end our trip to Peru here.
