The pillows were a bit too large and hard. The choice of a softer pillow would have been good.

Huge rooms in a small hotel, well located for downtown London events.

Amazing staff but no good parking

I was given a room on the 4th floor with an open concept bathroom. It was a spacious, high ceiling room in a great location. I liked how they had free candy and drinks in the lobby, modern interior design, and keyless entry. They also have a sign indicating what kind of items you can borrow or buy from them. Only downside I experienced were thin walls, I unfortunately had loud neighbours one night. I asked reception if anything could be done and they said they’d look into it. They didn’t end up updating me but it suddenly got quiet at one point so I assume they spoke to the guests? Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Parking expensive without a hotel voucher so ask for it.

Paid parking across the street was an expensive surprise. That will preclude me ever staying there again.

Free parking on street, room was definitely clean and cool

The hotel is small. The room was huge, decorated interestingly. The hotel itself does not offer much aside from the room. No gym, no bar, no restaurant. All are close by, but the area could be a little sketchy.

Didn't use parking this time, but the AC worked great and the heat!

Easy parking nearby. Close to Canada Life Place and Covent Market. Big rooms. Soaker tubs. Plenty of space to work or relax. Priced well. Hidden gem in London.

Great location beside the Market. Parking isnt horrible (entrance to walk to vehicle is just steps away from the hotel. Unfortunately if u want in/out privileges its the markets parking garage and super expensive. The hotel offers a voucher for parking which does save u some $ which is nice, but Unfortunately has no in/out privileges. Super friendly staff. Room was nice. Hotel itself was nice. Will return

Place has character. Much better than a chain hotel. Only issue is parking. There is none. They offer a 'discount' for parking in an underground parkade across the street for $26/night with no in / out privileges. The area of the hotel is not that great with a lot of people wandering around at night, not advised to leave your car on the street.

Clean and perfectly located to all the places we like to attend. Shower in the room could use an upgrade. Rainfall shower head with little pressure. Free coffee and tea. Nice place to stay and will again.

The hotel is in an area frequently by unhoused people and as woman travellers we did not feel safe in the area. As there is no parking associated with the hotel we were offered a discount on underground parking at the market building adjacent to the hotel. There is easy access for all into the market and into the underground parking by both stairs and elevators. I would not go into this parking garage by myself, especially at night. There is clearly a drug and unhoused problem downtown London and sadly I would not stay at this location again for the above reasons. The room was fine, however it was not explained anywhere that the water and beer in the mini fridge in the room was complimentary until we asked at checkout so we did not enjoy it. The housekeepers use very heavily scented cleaning products in the hallways which is not something I appreciate. The door codes were changed 3 times during our 8 hour stay which I assume is due to the neighbourhood. Perhaps valet parking would be a help to guests not comfortable with the parking and neighbourhood situation.

Friendly front desk staff, good sized room, very convenient location.
