The first impression driving in was terrible due to dilapidated appearance of sunroom/annex. We almost didn’t go in. The hotel was comfortable but needs renovation in some areas. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Didn lyk the bar as opened at 7pm two late would be nice to fin work and have z couple pints before get showered apart from that.all a ok

A pleasant stay. Beds very comfortable. Meal in restaurant was excellent.

It was a good location. Parts of the hotel were looking a little tired but maintenance was in hand. The staff were great and very helpful and enthusiastic. Our room was comfortable and clean.

I thought my stay was excellent value for money. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend.

This hotel was comfy although a bit dated . The actual hotel could do with some modernisation . The staff were friendly & breakfast was okay

Staff,friendly and helpful,room large,clean,good bathroom,food,couldhave more choice but what there ,was was OK.Outside needs a bit of TLC,maybe a job for summer

undergoing some refurbishment, internally everything looks great and welcoming.staff were excellent.

weather was great, we slept well and felt refreshed, they had a good gluten-free option for breakfast. lovely staff, kind and very helpful. Easy to find and good parking.

We upgraded the room to a suite. That did the trick. Great people.

I cannot praise the staff enough for the care and attention they gave me, my husband and our friends. The hotel was valued for money and the food was very good. I would return back to this hotel.

staff excellent and helpfull the one meal we had was fine and the breakfasts were good. But hotel and surroundings were tired needs a lot of money spent to upgrade it. compared with other hotels in this part of scotland the day rate was a good bit cheaper
