Todo Excelente muy agradable

Hotel was great, location and as great. Newly renovated from my understanding it’s really nice. I loved the mirror in the bathroom. Some restaurants around the area didn’t have high chairs so that was difficult for us, but thankfully the hotel has a restaurant and high chairs.

The rooms cleaning was poor. We stayed per 9 days and sheets was change only ones. Bathroom was only picked garbage. Dirty toalla. Late room’s cleaned

Indispone all the remodelación you made, look better and bigger, drains o. The shower woke faster, you just still need to improve the coffe machine, the changes of then was not enough but this is not a complaint, just a comment. Thanks.

Perfect to stay and family closed to the town parks shoppin center

Loud music at night and when I asked they told me they couldn’t not do anything about it that they already gave them a warning but we had to stay awake until 3am because of this. Second I was woken up by loud construction noises while we did see they were remodeling it would have been nice to know this before booking. We come here to relax.

Un lugar muy limpio. Bien comunicado y si quieres algo de comida solo al salir encuntras muchas opciones de comer y muy economicas

Agradezco enormemente al personal del Hotel ya que en todo momento fueron atentos, viaje con mi madre que tiene dificultades para caminar y me proporcionaron una silla de ruedas y pude llevar a mi madre a pasear. Gracias Hotel Portobelo

Portobello is a very good hotel, clean and very comfortable. We felt very welcoming. The front desk employees were very professional. I recommend this hotel 100%. We have stayed at this hotel for the past five yrs.

Excelente lugar , muy bonito y tiendas prácticamente a lado

El hotel se encuentra en muy buena zona, está cerca del comercio y puedes llegar caminando a la catedral, además que el personal es muy amable, definitivamente recomendable.
