Clean & comfortable!!

Never in all of my time of traveling (domestic and abroad) have I been told the hotel has run out of hot water. Ridiculous. The staff made no attempt to fix the phone or the hot water. Just wait 30. Had to wait until the middle of the night to shower.

The room was bery but beautiful and the breakfast was very good. Egg omelets and biscuits and many other options.

Great service and great breakfast

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff we encountered weren't friendly and they weren't rude - they were just doing the job. And that was fine. The breakfast was a little meh but not any worse than most other free hotel breakfast. I was very annoyed by the condition of the parking lot. It was covered in snow and ice. They didn't even bother to clear the sidewalk leading to the entrance and I fell on my way in despite being very cautious. The hotel across from them had a cleared parking lot and sidewalk. I got the impression that they did not prioritize guest safety based on that. I would rate this hotel 4 stars in their class if nit for the unsafe access issue.

Comfortable stay. Decent options for breakfast and they kept the breakfast restocked up until breakfast was over.

We had a very nice stay. The room was large and comfortable. The hotel lobby was lovely and beautifully decorated for Christmas.
