Très bon séjour, service impeccable, accueil efficace, rapide et discret. Ça fait plusieurs années que je fréquente le Sure Hôtel et l'ensemble de leurs prestations est irréprochable.

Le Sure Hotel maintient un haut niveau sur bien des plans : accueil irréprochable, propreté impeccable, aussi bien des chambres que des parties communes de l'établissement. C'est toujours un plaisir d'y séjourner (1 ou 2 séjours d'une nuitée par an, depuis 4 ans).

Séjour agréable, hôtel propre, chambre bien isolée et confortable. Petit-déjeuner de bonne qualité qui fait oublier le dîner de qualité moyenne.

En mycket bra hotell som passar som övernattningsställe om man dagtid vill göra utflykter i regionen. Bra med ett pentry på rummet. En mycket bra hotellrestaurang. Ligger litet avsides och bil behvövs.

Reason for mediocre review: When arriving at metal gate at 16:30, the gate was closed. We rang the interphone 10 times and called the hotel number, no answer for 25 minutes. Finally we saw a customer on the parking lot and he used his code to open the gate. Once at the reception, nobody was there except French policemen staying at hotel to secure the soccer Olympic game event at Stade de la Beaujoire. Finally one young and nice overwhelmed employee arrived at the reception and explained he was all by himself to cover the reception, the kitchen and cleaning the rooms! This is management negligence, especially when having a lot of customers. (140 French policemen were staying at the hotel) When leaving our room to walk to the Olympic soccer game, we realized the bedroom door could not be locked! We could not report the problem as no one was at reception when we left. When coming back from the game at midnight, we secured the door that was not locking by putting a suitcase against it. Other problem: the height of the shower head could not be adjusted and was sliding back to the lower point, which works only for very short people. No shampoo provided only liquid soap. No coffee or tea either. There is a well equipped kitchenette that we did not use. Finally, if you book this hotel for a soccer event, it’s 1.5 km to the stadium, about 20 min walk. The hotel seems quite new but obviously the management is not up to par to maintain the facility and manage personnel.

Telephone chambre pas opérationnel, obligé de descendre acceuil pour fonctionnement de la Clim et elle ne peut pas aller en dessous de 21,bruyante . Sinon chambre bien dans l ensemble.

Nice hotel with secured parking

Très bon séjour, personnel très serviable et souriant. Petit défaut à améliorer, le bruit de la clim qui dérange pour dormir sans possibilité de régler voire même de l'arrêter.

L'hôtel a répondu à nos attentes : une nuit calme et un parking fermé.

Gratis parkeren, leuk dat er een kleine keuken in de kamer is. Lekker verzorgd ontbijt die reeds vanaf 6h beschikbaar is.

J'aurais donné 5 etoile mais le petit dej a un probleme. Sur 2 sejour, jai passe 3 nuit, et a chaque fois, pas de jus d'Orange, machine vide, et lorsque vous le notifié, ils viennent changer la poche du jus d'Orange avec la vitesse du escargot.cela peu paraitre etre un detail, mais cela va me faire reflechir a reserve lors de mon prochain sejour

Tres bien. Hotel récemment rénové je pense. Excellent restaurant egalement. Je conseille.
