Great location with many restaurants nearby. Hotel was exceptional!

An excellent place to stay. The location is perfect to visit main atracciones of Palermo. Breakfast was super.

Very satisfactory

The hotel is located close to the sights. The room was clean but I found the property to be a bit outdated. Breakfast had a lot of variety but I’ve had much better breakfasts in other hotels. The service was wonderful - everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel needs some updating. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The bathtub was almost impossible to get into and very dangerous getting out of. The breakfast as okay but the coffee wasn’t very good. I loved the location and the old world charm of this hotel. Our room was big and the view from our balcony was lovely.

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé. Bâtiment, magnifique au centre de la ville. Certaines chambres ont une vue magnifique, sur la place devant ou derrière Excellent petit déjeuner

This is a slightly shabby Grande Dame that seems to get most of it's guests through group travel. The room was large and well-appointed, though slightly oddly laid out with a deep bath but no separate shower. The bedding could use a refresh, particularly mattress and pillows. The breakfast was fine, though not of the highest quality (terrible cappuccino) and the staff very formal and obsequious. The location was great, and that really made it work for us.

Chambre assez spacieuse. Climatisation réglable. Les équipements sont assez anciens. Bon emplacement.

The rooms were large. The location was excellent, close to the main areas but very quiet. The bed was extremely firm, too firm for us. Generally, it was a little dated. Breakfast was okay. In my opinion, not a 4 star property though.

Unica cosa bella dell’albergo la struttura, per il resto pessimo personale sgarbato, in alcuni punti dei corridoi c’è puzza di fogna, camere piccole e molto rumorose inoltre non ci sono prese per mettere in carica il cel e l’i pad. Non lo consiglio in zona c’è tanto meglio a prezzi migliori
