It was on the main strip.but other public places use the parking lot for parking

Location was close to everything so that was nice but it was not the cleanest, breakfast area was not the cleanest and the outside of the building was dirty and looked like they were still doing construction

You get what you pay for. That’s not meant to be good or bad, just a fact. Good clean rooms, good location. Right next to a fire station. If you’re from a larger city you might be used to that. No pool, but would stay here again if in town.

Clean

I was not happy with the room, smoke detector was hanging off the wall. Coffe pot was missing the filter holder, shower had broken soap dispenser so the product was on the floor. I had to look for housekeeping to get towels ask them to empty the trash. I asked them for room service they just laid towels on the desk. The elevator has no air and is in bad shape. Phone to call front desk didnt work. Sadly I expected better service to be a choice hotel.

Clean

I liked staying here but I will warn you parking is terrible at night!

No outlet cover on outlet when checking in should be a sign. Also 8 inch hole in parkinglot not covered. Poor lighting in room. Bed was nice and bedding and towels were fine. No bodywash or shampoo in shower. Empty. But it’s what you should expect for 60 ish for Sunday and 78ish for a Sat night. Elevator very slow and hot.

The hotel was fantastic for the location and price!

Breakfast was good for price paid. Area was very noisy.

We had a late check in, since we were driving through to a family reunion. When we arrived around 11:10 the lady at the front cancelled my reservation because she already was attempting to charge my card before even checking in, but thankfully my card denied the transaction because it flagged me and I denied it. The lady made a comment that my card was expiring … unprofessional. Then the hotel checked me out at 10, when the lady that checked me in said checkout was at 11! Thankfully their breakfast was decent to make up for all the inconvenience service. They offer breakfast at a later time which was also a plus.

The property is pretty decent and good value for your money. Very close to big selection of eateries and activities. Only issue I had was with housekeeping… I requested for service twice and no one came by! (Room was the same old when we came back lol) Not sure if they’re cutting corners to save time/money or what but that was weird seeing that I did call front desk…

people were very professional and accommodating.

Bathroom is small compared to other hotels

Nice clean hotel. Staff is very friendly and saved us from a terrible hotel. The restaurant next door was awesome as well. I would stay here again.

The carpet was soaking wet, was asked if we could make do since they were overbooked and didn’t have anymore rooms. Eventually found us another room. The new room had used towels on the back of the bathroom door and a musty smell. Microwave didn’t work and the coffee machine was gross. Never again. If we hadn’t already brought our stuff up to the 4th floor and it wasn’t so late, I would have cancelled and found something else. I do not recommend this place especially since there are so many other hotels in the area.
