Bueno no me llevaron al aeropuerto pero estuvo muy bien la atención, limpieza, servicio y la ubicación también fácil el transporte y buen precio 👌

The hotel felt more like a 3-star property than a 4-star. On arrival, check-in was quick and efficient, which was a positive start. However, the room fell well below expectations. The bedroom floor was dirty and covered in hair, and the bathroom was in a poor state, with grime around the bath and stained walls. There were also numerous silverfish in the bedroom, which was completely unacceptable. The room lacked basic amenities such as a kettle or any facilities for making tea or coffee, which was disappointing for a hotel of this supposed standard. On the second day, I had to queue for over 30 minutes just to get a key card that wasn’t working. During my four-day stay, there appeared to be only one staff member at reception, which significantly impacted the level of customer service. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations for a 4-star hotel.

Falta mantenimiento/ renovación

Je retourne depuis plusieurs années début avril pour 2 jours, pour affaire. Hotel très calme et proche de ma destination. L'ensemble de l'hotel est propre, parking en sous sol. Rien à dire pour le petit déjeuner, pour ma part, il y a le choix. pas de restaurant à midi mais le personnel sait vous indiquer de bons plans. il y a possibilité de diner le soir mais prévoyez léger. situation près des autoroutes qui vous emmène soit coté Barcelone soit costa brava.

Limpio, silencioso, la ducha iba bien y la cama era como el campo de Oliver y Benji. Recomendado.

Clean rooms, perfect location for a local Taekwondo competition for us. Good public transport links.

The room was great

Room was average, remodeled, but there were some detalis to improve (the desk was shaky, the A/C didn't work properly and the buffet was ok)

Stanza di buone dimensioni per due, letto grande e spazioso, bagno con vasca piacevole e pulito. Purtroppo la camera aveva i muri sporchi e peggio ancora un odore di fumo terribile che ci ha costretto a stare con la finestra aperta per tutte le 2 notti.. doveva essere una zona non fumatori ma era peggio che stare in un portacenere ! Osceno !!

La chambre était vraiment chaude, nous avions payé pour le petit déjeuné lors de la reservations il étaient incappable de le voir dans le système bien qu'il nous l'ait inclus à la fin. La nourriture était vraiment mid et l'annonce porte à confusion car l'hotrl n'est pas situé à Barcelone.

El Hotel interiormente era horrible, nos toco una habitacion con una ventana minuscula y que daba a interior, no me lo pensaba de un Eurostars. Y, para colmo, la zona no es nada segura, aparcamos en la calle y por la manana, cristal roto y equipaje robado... muy mala experiencia.

Hotel was advertised with aircondition. It should say heated vent during winter months. We were not able to rest due to heat.

Overall it was a nice quiet hotel. It is not sound proof and you can hear the noises from the halls. It is located right in front of a bus stop that makes getting to and from the train station quiet easily. It is located about 1.5 hours away from the airport by train and 45 minutes from the main area of Barcelona.

J'ai payé 200€ par nuit pour un lit très dur à ressort et qui fait du bruit au moindre mouvement, la Clim est soit à 18 soit à 26. La couverture date des années 80. Les murs sont très fins. Le petit déjeuner est tout ce qu'il y a de plus industriel et peu varié. Le parking n'est pas très safe et on vous annonce à l'accueil qu'il y a des risques de casse (photo à l'appuie). Mobilier n'est pas stable, les joints de salle de bain sont moisis et en prime on me fait payer deux boissons dans le mini bar alors qu'il n'y a aucune grille tarifaire... à fuir
