Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Familienzimmer mit eigenem Pool und Meerblick bekommen. Der Pool war sehr sauber allerdings zu unserer Reisezeit Anfang Oktober sehr frisch da eigentlich keine Sonne hinkam. Was uns fehlte war eine Möglichkeit die nassen Badesachen und Handtücher zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das Personal sehr freundlich von der Putzfrau bis zur Rezeption. Das Essen war immer sehr gut. Wer sich da nichts findet ist selbst schuld. Auch die a la carte Restaurants sind super. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Das Hotel an sich verdient eine klare Weiterempfehlung. Wir hatten ein Mietauto an Flughafen was wir sehr empfehlen würden. Denn die Strände sind auf der anderen Seite der Insel um einiges schöner. Hier ist es ein Kiesstrand. Aber das ist Ansichtssache.

This hotel is advertised as a 5* hotel, it is far from it, more like a 2* or maybe 3* at a push, It is full of package holiday guests on an all inclusive eating and drinking session, The pool is super salty, moreso than the sea, The bar service is awful - we waited over 15 minutes for one drink The restaurant is so overcrowded It took over 2 hours to check in and get our rooms, only to find the twin was a double and that took another hour to fix The bathrooms were mouldy and were not cleaned very well. It would have been a good hotel one day before the package holiday companies took it over, now it's just overcrowded and I would not recommend it!

Very guest friendly staff. Always smiling and doing their best to give a good service. The hotel has a pebble beach, which is not very handy when you are with children. Furthermore, we were not very happy with the diner buffet. However, the ala cart dining option (Italian) was good. The weather is very nice (not to hot in the summer) and the sea is very clean.

A pleasant and well-managed hotel experience We had an enjoyable stay at Mitsis Ramira Beach. The hotel is well-maintained, the room was spotless with very comfortable beds, and housekeeping was consistently great. The staff were courteous and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit. The pool areas are beautifully designed, and the water slides were a highlight for our children. The food was both varied and of good quality, catering well to different tastes. There is, however, room for improvement in service efficiency. Empty glasses around the chess pool area were not always cleared promptly, and during lunch and dinner, drink refills often involved long waiting times. Introducing self-service stations for soft drinks and water would enhance the overall dining experience. Overall, a very positive stay, and we would gladly consider returning.

Siamo stati al Mitsis Ramira con le nostre bambine di 9 anni e 5 mesi, ci siamo sentiti coccolati per tutta la settimana! La camera era molto spaziosa, composta dalla camera principale in cui stava comodamente anche il lettino della piccola e la cameretta dalla grande, entrambe le camere erano dotate di tv e condizionatore. Unica nota “negativa” il bagno non finestrato, ma comunque di ampie dimensioni. Frigo bar gratuito e sempre rifornito. Ristorante sempre aperto con diverse proposte, l’hotel è frequentato da pochi italiani, quindi le proposte mirano ad accontentare gusti diversi dai nostri, cibo buono, creperia eccellente! Personale sempre gentile e disponibile! La pulizia della stanza e dei luoghi comuni è buona. Se voglia proprio trovare un difetto, l’animazione potrebbe essere un po’ più presente, ci sono tante proposte interessanti, ma gli ospiti sono poco coinvolti, sia i grandi che i piccini, se si chiedeva ovviamente venivano svolte tutte le attività. Noi consigliamo il ramira per chi vuole rilassarsi e non pensare davvero a nulla per tutta la durata della vacanza!

Nice location, good pools, nice beach. Good and fresh drinks at bars. Especially good service at Main Bar next to the pool. Buffet is low standard for lunch and dinner. From a 5 star resort one would expect significantly higher standard-no variety, not good display and not tasty. Specialty restaurants were nice and tasty.

Special thanks to Afroditi and all the reception team at Mitsis Ramira in Kos. I absolutely love this hotel it’s my favourite out of all the Mitsis Hotels that we have had the pleasure of staying at. The 14 nights we stayed were fantastic the staff are all so happy and friendly and the service is excellent we were made to feel special the whole 2 weeks. Food was superb so much choice in the main restaurant and in the Italian a la carte the food was amazing ate there for dinner and Brunch which doesn’t cost any extra it’s all included. The bar staff day and night work so hard they work long hours but are always smiling and service was excellent never had to wait long to be served. They serve Branded as well as local spirits. Gordon’s G & T and the Prosecco was lovely not forgetting the Cocktails. Evening entertainment was fantastic from Meds Entertainment as always, Jersey Boys,Golden Tones ( Drifters) Supremes all of them was so enjoyable to watch the guests loved them just what you expect from a 5 star hotel it really makes your holiday. You have to get there early to be able to get a table & chairs as they get full quickly. Beach lovely, great beach bar and Ice cream patisserie. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and so are the immaculate gardens. My room maid Marianna what a lovely person she is so hardworking and a delight to have a chat with kept my room very clean. I can’t wait to return again in October to see all my friends again they are like one big family.

Just returned from a 14 night stay at the Ramira. Stayed for the first time last year and liked it so much we booked to return this year. Second visit did not disappoint. Stayed in a Deluxe Double room with seaview. View was fantastic. Room was cleaned every day by the wonderful Eleni Really comfy king size bed. Mini bar stocked every other day (beer, wine, water, coke fanta lemon , fanta orange, sprite and soda water - all included no extra charge). Ate at the italian al la carte which i really enjoyed. Mushroom Risotto was the best I’ve ever tasted. Didn’t try the Meat al la carte this time (I’m vegetarian so not much choice in there for me). The buffet restaurant has fantastic choice and is always varied (in my opinion). It has to cater to the different food tastes of numerous nationalities which can’t be easy. I never struggled to find anything I fancied and the desserts are just delicious! Evening entertainment is varied with the usual tribute acts (The Drifters, The Jersey Tones, The Supremes, Legends etc) , Greek Dancing on Sunday night and a DJ on Friday night. Pools are lovely and it was never crowded in the main pool. Never an issue getting a sunbed. Lovely comfy beds on the beach too. I found the Ramira to be a great value All inc hotel. It’s staff are what make it - they all work so hard and are so friendly. It has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere- not pretentious or posy.

Good hotel overall. Staff obviously overworked and there isn’t enough. Ordering drinks takes a long time and queues at dinner in particular. A la carte restuarants are better than buffet, but again very slow service. A couple of very good staff, and the rest seem like they haven’t been here much. Pool bar staff and cleaners are real positive. I would recommend.

Nous avons passé 1 semaine au Mitsis Ramira. Le personnel est compétent, sympathique (mention spéciale pour Miltiadis) et toujours là pour trouver une solution (Merci également à Aphrodite). L'hôtel est agréable, mais il y aurait sûrement des choses à revoir : la grande piscine qui mériterait d'un peu de sécurité autour (passage à côté du bassin de 3m) et sols qui sont facilement glissants. Pour le côté écologique et pratique, des douches à la place de baignoire dans les chambres. Le buffet est plutôt qualitatif mais assez redondant.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Easy access to Kos Town. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, the staff are amazing so helpful, happy and go out of their way to make your holiday special. Afroditi the manager on the front desk went out of her way to assist us she is fantastic we can’t thank her enough what a lovely lady. Food and drink excellent and the evening entertainment was the best we have seen out of all the Mitsis Hotels, The Jersey Tones and the Golden Tones from Meds Entertainment were fantastic their voices ere amazing they certainly know how to put on a great show. The manager of the hotel must be really proud of all his staff as the service they offer is 1st Class better than all the Mitsis luxury hotels we have stayed at.

The hotel by itself is good, location is amazing and Greece is beautiful, but the staffs are completely impolite, not prepared to deal or serve people. On my first day checking in, the receptionist felt free enough to make a “joke” with me and my wife saying that because where we are from, it would be probably the first time we use one wristbands of all inclusive hotel, which I felt ridiculous joke. This ain’t first all inclusive hotel we stayed and it’s so far to be the best one! On my first night sleeping at the hotel, I woke up with 2 housekeepers screaming “joking to each other” in front of my room at 8am. I went to complain at reception and she said it’s “strange” this happened but she will check. Also, as the hotel is all inclusive and has many places to eat and drink or have snacks, we couldn’t find any information about times and locations for enjoying it, so we had to walk around and ask everyone and being answered in a rude way as we were supposed to know already, then we missed many meals because when we arrived it was closing already, as there wasn’t information at all at reception or in the room. Also, they had 2 good restaurants options which we couldn’t access or enjoy because apparently we were supposed to book it within 3 days in advance to access it and our stay was 3 nights, and one more time, nobody told us about that. Very poor staff service! Do not recommend and surely not coming back in our Kos trip again.

Very clean,excellent bar staff. Food graat quality but repetitive. Our room wasnt ready on our arrival and had multiple issues including a broken rear door, broken light, broken blind. Our room was also not cleaned one day. Maintenence people turned up unannounced.

Amazing, kid-friendly hotel. Enjoyed every bit of our stay. Professional and very nice hotel staff.
