Very nice hotel. Great location. Friendly and very helpful service.

The rooms are too small. The towels are grayish (not white) because they need new ones, the toilet lid was loose (broken), the magnifyer mirror was loose also.

Love the hotel any my spacious room. I had great sleep. The hotel was recently renovated. There are only 3 rooms on my floor. If you love Japanese food, you are in the right place. There is a whole street of Japanese eateries closeby. I shopped and ate on the street of my hotel. Will stay again for sure. Thank you, everyone! 😊🙏👍👏

Very nice boutique hotel with very obliging friendly staff. The only negative was the really small room but everything else was great.

Amazing staff and management

The staff was incredible. So friendly and helping. The breakfast buffet was nice and had a good variety. Was always stocked up nicely. The front desk staff were awesome and helped us out on where to visit and eat and how to get there. Great location. Nothing but great things to say about it!

The concierge (Sophia and Edmad) were absolutely fantastic! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and had fantastic recommendations. They let us blunder in French and spoke impeccable English when we reached the limit of our understanding. They are treasures and made this trip remarkable.

Fantastisk personal både i receptionen samt tjejen som jobbade med frukosten. Frukosten var ganska dyr men god. Rummet var nyrenoverat och fint men lite för trångt tyckte vi. Hissen var alldeles för liten, fick typ klaustrofobi, trappen fungerade inte då de höll på att renovera där.

The hotel is rather 'boutique' and is just a 5-10 minute walk to the Louvre, but for the money I expected more especially from a 4* hotel

Construction work on the street outside meaning we had to walk a block with all of our luggage when taxi dropped us off. Construction work also at the hotel meaning stairs were not useable and elevator was often busy with workers. Construction dust in hallways. Staff very friendly and almost made up for the rest. Various small issues with room. Way overpriced for what it was but I guess that is Paris. 4 stars feels like a stretch.

Excellent attention at the front desk! The hotel is very well located. There is some street construction that makes it difficult to access the hotel. I would stay there again!

Great staff welcome at check-in. Location is perfect. Nice upgrade to a rooftop junior suite with view on Palais Royal. I recommend for a visit of downtown Paris.

This is an excellent hotel near Louvre. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good. The location is superb. Although the room is not big, one gets used to it quickly.

I was able to get a bigger room which was really nice. The area is super close to the Louvre (as in 2 small blocks away) and pretty close to the Opera. The breakfast was okay — I would think for the money charged it would be more extensive. That said the location and rooms felt comfortable and central to everything.

Excellent location, excellent stay and amazing staff. I recommend it for families especially those with allergies.
