Was wonderful stay.

The front desk staff were lovely both at checkIn and checkout. The room was clean and more spacious than I was expecting, other places I’ve stayed in high Level weren’t this clean. We really appreciated the open space of the lobby and all the windows. The hot breakfast buffet was good… the staff were friendly and attentive.

Pleasant staff, clean room, excellent lounge for supper.

I accidentally booked the same room twice on the app cause it kept loading and loading, so I backed out and hot book again. Hotel and Hotels.com will not refund the double booking, out a couple hundred dollars.

I’ve stayed at the hotel numerous time this is the last time as the shower was broken the tub wouldn’t drain and the staff was uncooperative the beds were awful and in need of replacement
