Always like staying here and done so many times But disappointed when we asked to extend our stay for n extra night and they had availability but wanted as much as 4 nights cost us

All staff were very friendly and helpful Cleaning staff seemed they would rather not help

Ok nothing special .

Tower/block 2 to be avoided. Door to our bathroom had rotted by about a foot upwards on inside. There are no shower doors. Black mould in bathroom. Bedroom bland. Fair size balcony opening onto huge building site of BenidormPort hotel construction. Work starts at 8am even on an Easter weekend Saturday. You can hear clear conversations from rooms nearby. Downstairs rooms near lift flooded. Again no doors to showers.

The room was a big disappointment. I have stayed here twice before and never had a problem. It felt unclean, the toilet was blocked on arrival at midnight and we called the maintenance man twice over the next 2 days. Nightmare! Definitely needs a bit of a refurb!

Bij inchecken stond er een Nederlandse medewerker achter de balie die ons allerlei tips gaf om te bezoeken. Heel fijn. De kamer was erg groot en prettig. Beter dan we hadden verwacht. Jammer dat we niet langer zijn gebleven. Ook wat ligging betreft een aanrader. je loopt zo de boulevard op. Hou je van karaoke ga dan tegenover het hotel naar de ierse pub. Erg gelachen daar. Zelfs Justin Bieber en Bruno Mars traden daar op, haha.

Stayed here as a group of nine fifty something males for a three night break. Great location about a five minute walk to the beach. Far enough away from the madness of the nighttime shenanigans of the town. Has three two bedroom apartments which were clean and well appointed. My only niggle was the cards that they supply would deactivate if you put them anywhere near your phone. I had to get it reactivated pretty much every time I returned to the accommodation. A small inconvenience and it wouldn’t stop me booking again.

Great location and aparthotel, only issue was the water was luke warm for the shower

Stayed for 4 nights, great location not far from the beach or the night life. No complaints, would stay again!

Good location. Excellent for a budget hotel and could not fault the reception staff as they were all very helpful.

Building site started at 6.50am finished 6.30pm

Staff were fantastic on reception but the rooms were poor. Had snot on the walls, floors hadnt been swept and the half the electrics didnt work. Maid service came half way tgrough the week, changed the towels and made the beds, but again disnt sweep or mop.

Following a disagreement with my room mate, who became aggressive, I was treated badly & made to pay for another room the first night. Even though I had paid for the stay, not her! I then had to find another hotel. If I hadn’t had a grandson who could send me money I would have had to stay on the streets.. The room was paid for by me & I had proof of that!!

There was a strange fumes smell in my room so I went down to reception she said it’s from the garage in the basement and people know about it I ended up with a sore throat from it

AC leaked, even after being fixed! doors didnt close(room had obviously been flooded previously and all wooden skirting/architrave/doors damaged). Outside patio s did not lock! Bathroom smelled of pee!

The accommodation and facilities were all as expected BUT what was not expected was the noise and disturbance from the construction of the new high rise hotel about 50 metres from our balcony.
