Overall had a good stay. Good value for money. Room was spacious and clean but like others mention, the shower can lead to water overspilling into the bathroom. The shower was excellent though. Receptionist had to deal with difficult customer ahead of us on arrival which delayed check in but one of those things and we were given a good room afterwards. Was very loud on our last night as people returning to hotel from nights out but to be expected I suppose, was obviously quieter earlier in week. Would stay again, sister hotel over road probably quieter if you prefer that and probably more suitable for those with kids.

Perus siisti hotelli, huoneistomajoituksessa keittiö hyvin varusteltu. Allasalue viihtyisä ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Hissi oli rikki useamman kerran. Lyhyt matka merenrantaan.

Down as a 2 star but in my opinion more like a 3 star, room is perfect for upto 6 guests pool area really clean, staff really helpful. Will definitely stay again

The staff were fabulous, the rooms spacious, comfortable and quiet The details implied we could get pool side towels which were not available, so we and a lot of others I noticed had to go and buy towels Apart from that excellent thank you

This is my second stay at this hotel with friends. A decent, standard hotel. Everything you need for a stay in Benidorm…The pool is nice, decent location, clean rooms, with toiletries provided. It was good value for money

Always like staying here and done so many times But disappointed when we asked to extend our stay for n extra night and they had availability but wanted as much as 4 nights cost us

All staff were very friendly and helpful Cleaning staff seemed they would rather not help

Tower/block 2 to be avoided. Door to our bathroom had rotted by about a foot upwards on inside. There are no shower doors. Black mould in bathroom. Bedroom bland. Fair size balcony opening onto huge building site of BenidormPort hotel construction. Work starts at 8am even on an Easter weekend Saturday. You can hear clear conversations from rooms nearby. Downstairs rooms near lift flooded. Again no doors to showers.

The room was a big disappointment. I have stayed here twice before and never had a problem. It felt unclean, the toilet was blocked on arrival at midnight and we called the maintenance man twice over the next 2 days. Nightmare! Definitely needs a bit of a refurb!

Bij inchecken stond er een Nederlandse medewerker achter de balie die ons allerlei tips gaf om te bezoeken. Heel fijn. De kamer was erg groot en prettig. Beter dan we hadden verwacht. Jammer dat we niet langer zijn gebleven. Ook wat ligging betreft een aanrader. je loopt zo de boulevard op. Hou je van karaoke ga dan tegenover het hotel naar de ierse pub. Erg gelachen daar. Zelfs Justin Bieber en Bruno Mars traden daar op, haha.

Stayed here as a group of nine fifty something males for a three night break. Great location about a five minute walk to the beach. Far enough away from the madness of the nighttime shenanigans of the town. Has three two bedroom apartments which were clean and well appointed. My only niggle was the cards that they supply would deactivate if you put them anywhere near your phone. I had to get it reactivated pretty much every time I returned to the accommodation. A small inconvenience and it wouldn’t stop me booking again.
