The hotel is in a very convenient and central location, with the Castello Sforzesco just nearby, yet it’s tucked away on an incredibly quiet and peaceful backstreet, which is especially nice given how central it is. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade.

Standart tek kişilik oda fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi değildi. O oda için o rakamlar çok yüksek. Otelin konumu çok iyi ama odaların o kadar küçük olması hiç hoşuma gitmedi. Oda değiştirme talebimi yerine getirdikleri için kalmaya devam ettim yoksa çıkacaktım.

Small but comfortable clean room close to the metro and downtown. Breakfast was enjoyable and staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Hôtel bien situé dans une rue calme, proche du centre de Milan. Bon petit déjeuner. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle. Malheureusement, problème d'ascenseur. Le personnel s'en est excusé.

Good location nice friendly staff & a very clean single room with a decent bed

The hotel is centrally located while being situated in a quiet street just minutes from Castello Sforzesco and Cadorna metro and within 10-15 minute walking distance to Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, Teatro alla Scala, and Duomo. Wonderful staff who tries to accommodate you in any way possible. Clean, modern facilities with comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet was decent, since it was possible to order an omelette or crêpe made on the spot, but not spectacular.

The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom clean, shower is small and the hot water pressure was very low. The staff were very friendly. Hotel is in a fantastic location with all the major attractions within easy walking distance.

Otelin yeri harikulade. 3 kişilik odada kaldık alan biraz dar ve yetersizdi. Sabah çıkıp akşam döndüğümüz için oda büyüklüğünü dert etmedik. Çalışanların ilgisi ve yardımlarından çok memnun kaldık.
