The property was nice

Tivemos um ótima estadia, local agradável, uma pena que a praia estava impropria devido algas . O Restaurante Japonês merece atenção, não é bom. De modo geral ok!

Food was horrible. Bad service. Birds all over the food area in the buffet. The bar at the lobby is really good, great drinks.

No me gustó el área de las chorreras. La Limpieza no es buena. A parte me Hicieron pagar 400 dólares a parte de lo que había pagado. Porque supuestamente no era la habitación que pagué.

The quality check of the rooms is bad, humudity smell on the rooms, bad coordination of guess services, and the restaurants food are not the best, excuding the Ikebana restaurant and exterior food truck

Rooms was so dirty and very bad smell,need to wait 2 days for them to clean the room and remove tye smells,pillows stinks,some small pillows like you cannot sleep on them.air conditionds doesnt cool like need to be is hot all night and they do noise loke airplane cannot sleep,after you do a shower all water is going inside to room.some workers on concegience cabs are supposed to help us but they try to scam us offering a day at supposed “vip area” wich doesnt look like that but the best from that area was the kids pool,he said they will do some question and and is our choice to buy the package or not if not we can enjoy the vip area pool for that day.after i didnt accept to buy it cause was a waste like discounts in future with them he send us at office wich he named boss,after that cames a guy with orange costume hwo looking more like construction worker not like a boss,he said no we cannot stay there after we spend 90 minutes with them,i said to him that he waste our day there and i will complain this to expedia he told me that they dont care for expedia cause was not their priority,they was looking a part of management of resort.workers was good can’t complain about them but management is nothing and not doing their job,pool is very dirty and smells,my kids had infections.show team was good they try to make people happy with what they had.very old resort i will not reccomend is not what you see in picture is more old,for me i will do more search when resort was build.

Los trabajadores fueron muy amables y tratan de mantener limpio el área, hacen todo lo posible, en cuanto a la comida no es buena, las habitaciones huele a humedad

Fue una decepción. Cuartos viejos y húmedos, con cucarachas y hormigas (falta de fumigación). La comida todo el tiempo fría y el restaurante Macao con hedor a eses. Las cervezas siempre calientes y sin variedad. El proceso de check-in muy lento(en mi caso más de una hora) y el personal del todo no fue tan amable.

The property is extremely run down & the staff is very rude. It didn't matter if we tipped or not they were typically grumpy. We had to fight for towels in our room on a daily base even though we left a tip for the maid. Would not recommend this resort at all, we are really disappointed.
