Het gebouw was gedateerd en slecht onderhouden. Het personeel was vriendelijk en deed zijn best om het aangenaam te maken voor de gasten. Het ontbijt was zeker in orde. Parkeren op de parking van het hotel was gratis.

Hotel is in disrepair and this once beautiful hotel is falling apart. The landscaping is overgrown and out door seating broken and unusable. The advertised elevator was out of service and luggage had to be carried to the second floor, staff did not offer to help. There was evidence of water damage in the hallways and the carpet ripped in frequently used areas. Not as advertised…

Staff was unwelcoming. Hotel in bad need of renovations. 1st room we were given was slept in. 2nd room had moldy ceilings. Room felt dirty and lacking in amenities. WiFi never worked for the duration of our stay. Breakfast was stingy. None of the staff we encountered ever smiled or made us feel welcome. I do not recommend this property.

Clairement pas 4 étoiles! Positif: c'était propre et beau bâtiment. Sûrement un bel hôtel il y à longtemps . Mais ensuite accueil horrible, on a clairement dérangé la personne à l'accueil, on a demandé s'il y a un restaurant, réponse sèche "non", aucune politesse. Chambre sans décoration, tringles rideaux défaillantes, pas de café, lampe de chevet sans ampoule, une seule table de chevet... Aucun service, rien à manger autour, pas de distributeur, etc. À fuir

Room was clean and that was about all. Shower handheld leaked like crazy. By the time my shower was over I could have had a bath as the drain was so slow. Staff were excellent in telling us where to go. Pretty sure manybyears agonthis wiuld have been a posh hotel, definately not now.

Last time I stayed I really enjoyed but this time the Rooms were quite dirty and the bed was really uncomfortable. Breakfast was great tho and the service as well. I don’t think I’d stay again anytime soon.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Schimmel an Wänden, Dusche usw. Bett war schrecklich. Das Hotel ist extrem hellhörig. Zigaretten im Aschenbecher des Balkons. Pool draußen und deshalb kalt...kann im Winter nicht genutzt werden. Alles nicht sehr liebevoll. Das Frühstück war erbärmlich und nicht frisch! Die Lage war nicht zentral. Rezeptionisten aber nett.

Fantastisk personale og god plassering. Hotellet bærer preg av å ha vært i drift i noe år, men det har sin gode sjarm. Frokosten er enkel, men har det du trenger.

Arrived late. Friendly staff. Nice room. Decent breakfast. Parking ok. Walked around the historic centre. Big port small town.

The hotel's 4-star rating wouldn't even get a 1-star today. Carpets in the hallways are ripped, walls are damaged and dirty, rooms are very old, and the air conditioning can't be adjusted

A nivel de hostel malo. No se puede tener ducha rota, cortinas rotas. Ruidoso. Y el personal que pasa de todo

Excellent service. Very attentive to our needs. A/c didn’t cool properly. We were relocated in another room. amA/Cwasbetter there, but not cooling as expected.

Hyvä hotelli, erinomainen aamupala. Rauhallinen sijainti, pysäköintitilaa lähellä riittävästi. Uima-allas alue kaipaa kunnostusta ja puutarhuria. Altaissa ei vikaa, mutta ympäristö ei ole miellyttävä. Huonesiivous ei tapahtunut päivittäin. Siivous kahden päivän välein, puhtaat kylpyhuone pyyhkeet joutui pyytämään respasta eikä allaspyyhkeitä ollut.
