Goede centrale lokatie, ook handig tov de haven. Aparte kamer met stapelbed voor de kinderen, met daartussen een schuifdeur, werkte prima. Met de blazer op was het wat fris, maar ik heb heerlijk geslapen. Geen nachtlawaai gehoord.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Golden Hotel in Naples! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel at home right away. The hotel is perfectly located, just steps away from many of Naples’ main attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it an excellent base to explore the city. The atmosphere is cozy and modern, with everything spotless and well taken care of. The staff were exceptional – always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their recommendations for places to visit and dine made our trip even more special. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh and tasty options to start the day. Grusomt. Beklager, men det var ikke verdt pengene. Fin beliggenhet ift via Toledo, hvor du får alt du trenger. Hotellet var sommerens nedtur for familien.

Unico ponto positivo é a proximidade com a via Toledo. No mais, instalacoes antigas, loucas do banheiro velhas, o chuveiro nao funcionava direito, e sequer tinha local para apoiar o sabonete. O pessoal era amavel e atencioso. Mas, as instalacoes sao terriveis. Nao recomendo. Muito pelo contrario...evitem.

Very friendly staff, they speak english and they are available 24 hours. The queen room was clean, comfortable, and wide enough for one person. I had a breakfast in my room as per my request.

Douche abîmée, et quelques petites choses étaient cassées. Sinon personnel très sympathique et prévenant. Hôtel propre. Très bien situé pour visiter le centre historique, à quelques minutes de la rue Toledo

The hotel is small, as was my room, and the breakfast room was under repair, so a bountiful continental breakfast, including rolls, cereal, fruit, juice and coffee was served on the small space available on my desk. Main complaint" no TV channels in English, like CNN or BBC. This is uncommon, yet 1 out of 3 of my hotels seemed not to care that most foreign tourists, not just US and Brits, use English for travel. The bathroom, though large, had no toilet paper holder, attributed to a destructive former guest. Also, no soap holder in the shower, but manager Patrizia put a chair in the bathroom so it wasn't necessary to bend to the floor. Antonio at the desk was great and informative. Staff mostly very helpful.
